Superbly helpful!

Had an issue with delivery (not their fault but the carriers) and Ella couldn't have been more helpful getting the issue sorted.

Superb service all round. Large and valuable order requested at short notice and needed to be put together with accuracy and very quickly for prestigious customer working on HS2. Can't give enough praise. Without a diligent and reliable supplier we would have lost a very important order. Thanks very much. Great service.

I ordered a ladder stabiliser for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier company let SafetyLiftinGear down and put it on the wrong truck. Ella was great in tracking down my parcel and passing on my new delivery instructions. She kept me updated throughout the process until delivery was made. Thanks Ella!

Needed some lasings to help secure items during our recent house move ordered the 400kg cam buckles excellent little product work a treat

We have attempted to make purchase online of which was refused due to their poor payment checking system.

We emailed them multiple times over a period of time and never got any reply back.

We then called in and the lady which answered was extremely rude, cantankerous, obnoxious and kept interrupting us and further more kept saying we were saying things that we never said which was all an extremely surreal and confusing experience for us.
Lastly, the same lady whom we spoke to hung up on us twice and all we wanted to do was make a purchase!

Needless to say that we are now seeking out an alternative supplier as we don't wish to do business with nor fund ill practicing Companies such as this one.

After purchasing some lifting / fall arrest equipment the order confirmation came through with the incorrect billing address on so I contacted customer support on the web page and very quickly afterwards I received a response for Ella Taylor who was extremely helpful and also friendly and couldn’t do enough to resolve the issue. Ella was fantastic and took total ownership of the issue through to completion and as soon as the order shipped Ella forwarded me the required VAT invoice with the correct billing address on it which I needed for our accounts team. Customer service without hesitation 10/10.

Amazing little product ordered a furniture dolly to help with the recent house move was a god send simple to use but helped so much with the big bulky items making light work of them 5 stars

Avoid this company at all costs. We purchased an all terrain pallet truck on the 28th of September, continous issues with "delivery". Numerous emails calls and no resolution.

Today we are the 11th of October, no refund or delivery date.

We had to open a PayPal case.
