Epic customer service

Epic customer service. Thorough and quick! Tracker did as it was supposed to do! I resubscribed after 11 months of being inactive and needed my tracker re activating and they were straight onto it emailing me in good time and getting it sorted well within 1 day right before i was taking the tracker on holiday with me and even followed up to make sure everything was fine. Thank you again🤘

A+ for customer service

Great customer service & quick response to email. This company has always been great & straight forward to deal with.
I have no hesitation in recommending there products & if you do have any problems they will be sorted quickly & effectively, other companies could learn a lot about customer service from these guys.

Absolutely brilliant item

Absolutely brilliant item, until it fell off my sons bike after about 6 months, contacted customer services, they issued a new one and changed everything over. Highly recommended.

I contacted customer service with an…

I contacted customer service with an issue and got a response almost immediately. I mainly dealt with Peter, but all the other customer service agents were just as great. Extremely polite, helpful and always kept me up to date. Thank you again!

Customer Service at it's best.

No quibble about problem, identified quickly, solution provided. The team kept me appraised every step of the way and their responses to my emails were almost instant.

All in all, an example of what GOOD customer service SHOULD be like. Great job, well dobe.

Customer support is quick and responsive

Customer support is quick and responsive. I had left the charging up of the SafeTags for a trip to Central America to just 2 days before the trip, and discovered they weren't connecting to the tracking page at all. After going through the various checks recommended by the FAQ's and then customer support, it was explained to me that they were obsolete after phone company 02 had cut 2G from their network. With less than 24 hours to go, SafeTag sent me new 4G models in time for me to charge them and get them ready. They were always quick to respond, so whilst I would have preferred a customer service contact number, their support is very, very good without that. Am disappointed the 2 year-old tags had become obsolete. Also I think the instructions on how to remove the sim cards (to reboot the old devices) could have been simpler - they were just 'push in and pop out' types. Tweezers not necessary, and prone to damaging the cards as the contacts are at the front.

Remember to way customer service used to be - well…

I’m really impressed by the customer service, like customer service used to be, fast and useful. Messaged the team on a Saturday morning - a couple of hours and messages later - all sorted. Good reliable product backed up by first class customer service. Well done all.

Brilliant customer service and great tracker

Brilliant customer service, very helpful and quick to reply to any problems/questions. I have found safe tag trackers to be the best tracker and value for money. I use the safe tag mini to track my child who attends an SEN school which isn’t local to us. The tracker gives me peace of mind that my son has got to school ok and the geofence alert is brilliant for letting me know he has arrived / left school.

Highly recommended, great all round!

Can't say enough about the quality of SafeTag. Great products and services, super customer service and haven't had a day's trouble with anything. Highly recommended and worth considering if you are wanted to protect your valuable motoring assets.

Exceptional customer care

Exceptional customer care, brilliant customer management.
I had my tracker burgled from my car with loads of other stuff. Safetag percivered to ensure the right tracker was purchased at current discount and get it up and running . Could not ask for better service.
