The team at Safeserve are exceptionally caring and intelligently responsive, often going above and beyond my expectations. I had a failed computer which would have caused me significant problems if there was any delay in getting it fixed and Eric and Robert sorted it out in a couple of hours and lo and behold I was back up and running.
I was introduced to safeserve by my neighbour as I had a backup problem with my MacBook. As soon as the door of their office opened I knew I was in safe hands. Eric (their Apple specialist) handled my problem (and put right a few others at the same time) with competence and a warm reassuring personality. All is working beautifully now and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
