For me this is the best wallet provider if ever had.
The app is cool, lots of Dapps and I may say frequent enough updates regarding Assets updates, bridges, contracts you know the deal.

I like the quality of the physical product. it's discreet and has everything you need.
Signing and transferring is easy, setting up the wallet up requires your 120% attention so you can easily track all instructions given.

If you like compact and an efficient gateway self custody this wallet I can recommend!

My honest review (ticket no. 198283) is that the two times I needed urgent assistance from the safepal team support. As for me, It has been a delightful experience and so helpful, clear to the point & how to sort out the matter efficiently. My experience with SafePal is just awesome. Admittedly I am a complete crypto idiot. I am trying to withdraw funds from my safepal account and keep getting scammed by people pasing as 'safepal agents'. I requested help but all I get is being told ive been scammed or a load of crypto jargon I don't understand. Can somebody please help me ????

SafePal is a big scammer be careful people, don’t trust them at all get your money out if you put any and come out of it. Trust me they are scammer and they will take your money when you put good amount money if you put little they don’t not touch your money then they make trap for you and convince you after you put good amount then they will take it and before that they warn you if anything happen we are not responsible be careful they are scammers they take your money and then they will tell you the hackers did. Never trust SafePal or other crypto app. Get out of crypto money or stuck market no matter you will lose your money they have skills how to do it. I lost $6000 and if asking what happened they will say you have been hacked but they try to trick you they are by themselves scammers. Never trust those people on any platform they tell you do want to make money see how much I am making it’s one of them trying to trick people to download the app. Don’t trust those people delete them as soon as possible never trust them at all.

I lost approximately $166,000 on Safepal's site either by a professional swindler, Safepal, or by a sum of the two? I invested in their $200,000 SVIP3 program and ended up losing about $54k of my investment money and approximately $112,000 in earned and bonus money. It is my belief the person who talked me into investing on this site stole all the money by somehow gaining my access code which I thought changed on every transaction, but apparently the special access code does not. But how I lost computer access to my own account I have no idea. I was down to 5 days to finish paying off $40,000 and collect $312k, when I spent day 5, then day 4 trying to find the correct URL so I could log into my account. After much difficulty I did manage to log into my account on days four & five, but on days 3,2, and 1, I could no longer log into my account and I was shut out. To this day I cannot log into my account. I didn't even have access to customer service to try and stop the theft of my money or at least freeze my account, because I was suspicious of fraud earlier, but customer service was dry and of no help. Somehow either the person who was guiding me with my investment paid the $40k owed and stole all $312,000 or Safepal shut me out and stole $272,000 through contract language that allows them to deduct $2,000 or more per day because of my neglect to finalize my contract, whether I was unable to log back into my account or not. Regardless l was unable to make payment on the $40,000 owed and finalize my contract before the deadline. All I know is I now pay 1760 mo. for the next 4 years to a bank to pay back my debt. I have pleaded my case to the PA State Police, the PA Attorney General, and the PA Commission on crime and delinquency, and to this day, I am still out of the entire $57,000 I originally invested and the person who set me up is walking around free as a bird as is Safepal.
