Swap Stuck for days, Useless Customer support
I swapped USDC to SOL in 19-March, and today is 21-March, 3 days passed... Still the swap status is showing as “Transfer In”. The swap provider was Binance, I tried reaching safepal support multiple time, they once replied with generic response after that no reply from them, such a useless support. I will not trust this app again. I highly doubt is safepal provided their wallet to binance to receive and showing me fake status. Such a weak incompetent Team.
Update: After a week, today their staff Devin replied to me “wait patiently”

Funds were transferred out of my SafePal wallet without my knowledge shortly after deposit.
I reported the incident immediately, however I have received no support or resolution from SafePal to date.
Based on my experience, users should exercise extreme caution before using this platform.

For clarity, I did not back up, export, screenshot, or share any seed phrase or private key. I also did not knowingly authorise the outgoing transfer that occurred shortly after deposit on 31 October 2025.
While I understand SafePal is a non-custodial wallet, I have not been provided with any specific investigation findings, app-side logs, or technical explanation addressing this incident.
A generic statement about seed phrase exposure does not address the facts of this case.
I remain open to a formal review and would appreciate transparency regarding what investigation has been undertaken.

Funds Withdrawn Without Permission & No Proper Support
I had a very serious issue with SafePal. My funds were withdrawn from my wallet without my permission. I did not authorize any transaction, and this is extremely alarming.
After noticing the unauthorized withdrawal, I contacted support immediately. Unfortunately, their response has not been helpful. They are not responding properly and have not provided any clear explanation or solution to recover my funds.
This experience has completely broken my trust in this platform. I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service.
I am still waiting for a proper response and resolution.

I was a victim of fraud in September 2025. SafePal was used as a vehicle to complete the transaction that caused me to loose my crypto. I have sent them all the information asked by their representative,Jack, twice now. I get an email today asking for the info again. Just seems like I am getting "the run around". I have no trust in this company!

Hello, everyone. I want to take a moment to share my unfortunate experience with my SAFEPAL wallet, hoping to raise awareness for anyone else who might be considering using it. It’s truly disheartening to say that I lost over 220,000 Jasmy Coin, despite having only invested around $9,000. I always took precautions and never shared my seed phrase or any security information with anyone, so it feels incredibly frustrating and unsettling to see my crypto taken away.
I’ve come across many other complaints about SAFEPAL, and it's clear that I'm not alone in this situation. SAFEPAL usual response is to say that they provide a “non-custodial wallet,” which means they don’t have access to or control over your funds. They often suggest that losses result from exposed seed phrases or authorized malicious DApps. It’s hard to understand how these losses could happen if we’re being careful, and it leaves many of us feeling helpless and confused.
I genuinely want to protect others from going through what I’ve experienced. I encourage you to think carefully before using SAFEPAL. The BTC transaction has full confirmations, but remains uncredited on MEXC side.
MEXC support said the funds are under internal review and they are waiting for SafePal action.
SafePal has not replied to support tickets or email since Dec 17.
