Poor instructions
I received email from the court indicating that I needed to go to this site and complete the course. When I went to the site, I was sucked down the rabbit hole and ended up completing (and paying for!) a safe driver course that had no connection to the course that I had to complete for the court... Poor instructions and communication..

The overall experience was fine
The overall experience was fine. My only suggestion is that if I am unsuccessful at passing a quiz for whatever reason, that instead of having to start from the beginning that I be required to start from the last successfully completed module. I was halfway through and had to start over again from the beginning for failing the quiz in that specific module. This would be useful especially for more mature adults such as myself. Thank You

Easy way to do safety course. This course had a lot of very good information and a great review of safety. It also made it easy to submit my results to my auto insurance company.

I canceled the registration immediately…
I canceled the registration immediately because I couldn’t download the course to my iPad. I was issued a credit which has subsequently been reversed!! Terrible service and no disclosure as to what kind of software is required to access the course. I am now out $32.95 for a course that I never took and canceled the same day.

Too many numbers and percentages. If there's a problem on the roadways, identify it and move on.
Telling me how many people are killed or how much it costs does nothing for my ability to deal with road incidents. Might try dealing with possible solutions.
