Bought a milk opschuimer a year ago. Used it daily, was very happy with it, but then for some reason it broke down. Reached out to SafeCourt by email, got an immediate response and the malfunctioning appliance is being replaced with a new one.
So happy with both the quality of the appliance and the service.

After using the juicer 1 time, a piece of plastic broke off and made a loud noise (bang). Since then I see that it cracked an area and depending the vegetable I juice the crack becomes bigger.

A well designed, sturdy grinder that grinds evenly. I love the timer setting. Just just need to pass the button once. Quieter than our old grinder

I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I can say that I am quite satisfied. In the beginning, every time we made a smoothie, there was a weird burning smell coming from the blender, but right now that is luckily gone, so I can say that it is an amazing product.

After my DeLonghi milktank stopped working again, I'll decided to buy an external one. And to my surprise, the Safecourt frother makes the better milkfoam for an ounce of the price! And it's much easier to clean. I'm so happy I bought this.

Excellent apparaat. Maar there was a damage part and I have returned one week ago. Until today, 8 days later, I haven't received any confirmation of answer from the shop. This l consider a lack of responsibility and I feel very disappointed. Because of this situation I hope to get my return money asap.

Very helpful customer support! Was able to get a replacement part for the juicer pro that I lost and of course the juicer itself works great too so I'm very happy I get to keep using it!

When I reported an issue with my product (milk frother), they sent me a brand new one the next day. Super kind and friendly support! Also, great products!

My experience is negative. I contacted your klanterservice bec my order was lost and you just want to get Rod of the problem and put it in the client's.
You literally said this to me:

Very handy coffee grinder, easy to clean and. A wide setting range for getting the correct grain size of preference is really the best part of it.
