Really great machine. Perfect for frequent travel – it’s small, compact, and lightweight. If the juice container was like the waste one, it’d be perfect :)
It handles celery, carrots, beets, broccoli – you name it.
Big thumbs up for the noise level – it’s super quiet compared to others.

Sent email about a broken piece and got a reply very quick. And in less than 4 days they replaced the whole product.

When I contacted customer support about my broken safecourt coffee grinder, they responded very quickly and maintained professional and extremly polite communication. I uploaded a video prooving the machine is defect and in just a few days I got a brand new one.

My mixer stopped working after only a few weeks. I contacted customer service, and they asked me for pictures and told me they would send me a replacement after seeing the pictures. I did not receive anything, so I contacted them again, and they ghosted me. I contacted them a few times to inquire whether something went wrong with the shipment, but they never replied to me anymore.

Update:
Safecourt contacted me, as can be seen below. However, they told me again that they shipped a replacement item, but they never sent a tracking link, and I did not receive anything. As before, they are ignoring my emails. I would have preferred if they had just told me that they cannot send me a replacement instead of leading me on like this.

I didn’t receive my order because you told me it was missing my house number. I sent the email with my full address again and after two mails I still don’t have even a reply, no money back, no nothing. What else do I need to do????

I ordered this juicer and was excited to try it, but unfortunately, it arrived with a defect. I reached out to customer service, and I have to say—I have never experienced such outstanding service before! Martijn from customer service responded incredibly fast, acknowledged the issue immediately, and assured me that my product was under warranty. Without any hassle, he arranged for a replacement.

Today, my new juicer arrived, and it works perfectly! It can handle all kinds of fruits and vegetables, including ginger, and the juice quality is fantastic. This is truly one of the best products I’ve purchased, not only because of its performance but also because of the over-the-top customer service. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

I used the blender to prepare for my hyrox, this way it was easy to get in quick and healthy meals. The blender worked absolutely perfect every time and im very happy with it. It was definitely a big help in my preparation!

I received the Safecourt Kitchen Blender as a prize for participating in the Safecourt Hyrox event in Rotterdam, and I couldn’t be happier with it! This blender has quickly become a daily essential for me, easily surpassing my old, cheap blender from Blokker, which was narrow and tall, making it difficult to add my scoops properly.

The Safecourt Blender has a much wider container, making it incredibly easy to add all my protein scoops or ingredients without spillage. And wow, does it pack some power! Grinding oats, something I do regularly, is incredibly fast, and the result is a perfectly fine and smooth texture every single time.

Cleaning the blender is also remarkably straightforward. After each use, I simply add some hot water and dish soap, run the blender’s self-cleaning function, and within 10 seconds, it’s spotless.

The additional portable cup with a secure lid is another fantastic feature. It allows me to conveniently take my shakes on-the-go without worrying about leaks or spills in my bag.

All in all, the Safecourt Kitchen Blender is an outstanding product. Its excellent quality and impressive functionality are absolutely worth every penny!

The products that I have are great. At the moment im using the blender a lot in the training for a Hyrox! It’s the perfect product because it blends all the frozen fruits and ice without any trouble. It also has these bottles you can take on the way with a fitting lid! Absolute banger!

Amazing service. The Melkopschuimer was great. My daughter broke the crystal by accident few weeks after purchase. Tried to buy a replacement part but was not available. So, the company sent me a full new melk opschuimer for free! I love this company.

Products are well built, and nice accessories. I had a problem with my mixer, and customer support was really helpful. They answered very quickly and because my unit was under warranty they will replace it. Thanks martjin!

Quality products and the customer service is top-notch.

Bought a milk opschuimer a year ago. Used it daily, was very happy with it, but then for some reason it broke down. Reached out to SafeCourt by email, got an immediate response and the malfunctioning appliance is being replaced with a new one.
So happy with both the quality of the appliance and the service.
