Saclab is the best destination for luxury shopping

Bag was in the condition as described, properly packed

I had for some time desired a bag that was not in stock. Therefore, I placed a request. In order to do so you need to book an appointment and I did find this online meeting very useful. Within 2 weeks Saclab found not one but two bags that perfectly matched my preferences. Upon inspection the Saclab team only found one of the bags meeting their grading system. I found the whole process very trustworthy. I also appreciate the security system upon delivery and the hand written note in the parcel. But most importantly I love my new stunning bag!
I should also mention that I did a 2nd authentication of the bag and everything was just fine (as expected).

I have some experience with Saclab. If you are a buyer you will find a good service and experience but If you try to be a seller it’s a totally different story.
So from this side I found only a bad experience. They have a double standards. They try to put to your account some buyers fee, they get sometimes an offer but don’t respect it even after you complete the sales form and you get a proof with lower fee.
I warn and advise caution. I would never come back.

For a span of less than two weeks with their bigger connections around EU and a well organise process in all terms, i am really glad i sold my bag for the first time with this Team (Saclàb) I can’t even believe that my Bag would be sold this fast. Customer Service replied very friendly and quickly. The Chanel bag that I ordered was shipped from Germany on Tuesday and arrived the next day, in the Netherlands. Incredible service.

The buying experience on SacLàb website is great, you can reserve bags for up to 24h and this was crucial in my decision-making process. The website is also very user friendly and their pictures are very high quality.

The free shipping and free returns policy was also essential, as I knew I could return the bag in case it was not what I expected (other premium resellers don't allow that). The shipping is also super fast, my bag came on next day delivery.

The bag I bought had an excellent price for its conditions. It matched the description perfectly. It even came with a bag insert, which I wasn't expecting and found it a pleasant surprise!

The hand written note they added to the parcel was also a lovely touch.

Will definitely purchase with them again!
