SCAM! Worste company I’ve ever dealt with!!! I made an order with intent on maybe returning 1 gym set as I wanted to try and see if they fit me right. I went to return one of the sets and to my suprise there was no option for refund only credit or exchange so I emailed the company Stating I wasn’t aware of this when making my order had I been aware I wouldn’t of purchased from them. They basically do not care they tell you that’s there policy and then stop replying to emails! Shocking they just want your money and do not care about costumers. SCAM
To add to there response - I think you really should take a look at the way your run this company it really is shocking. Atleatse make people aware on your website that they cannot get refunds!!!

Unsatisfied with the products since last 2 visits!Used to be a great place for unique stuff, but now it's overpriced junk.

I checked that returns are possible and then made a large bulk order to be-able to try on different styles and return any unwanted items. Unfortunately I did not see that the returns are for exchange or store credit only until I went to make the return. I contacted customer service to explain my mistake and asked if they could please show some leniency and allow me to return for a refund as I had made a large order and my intention was never to keep it all, I offered to pay the return postage cost. I also pointed out that in the UK there is a law that any online purchases can be returned within 14 days for any reason and for full refund. Customer services just kept quoting back at me their store policy and that as they are AU based they don't comply with the UK trading laws. I find this pretty poor way of conducting business. They could have shown some understanding and I am sure there must be people in the position of being able to make exceptions to the store policy for an honest genuine mistake but they don't seem to care. Clearly the amount of money they made from that one order is more important than retaining a customer for longevity. Also no customer service phone number to be able to discuss with anyone. Really disappointing.

I recently purchased activewear from Ryderwear as a Mother’s Day gift for my partner. Unfortunately, the largest size available was too small, and the brand does not offer 2XL options for leggings or bras. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, as there are no suitable sizing options available. However, I was only offered store credit worth $193.40, which we’re struggling to use given the lack of inclusive sizing.
They repeatedly referred to the store’s policy but failed to provide any helpful suggestions or alternatives. This experience has been especially disappointing as my partner just had a baby and was excited to start her fitness journey with this gift. Sadly, she’s unable to use any of the products due to the limited size range. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ryderwear, particularly for those needing extended sizes.

I placed an order for my wife’s birthday and when it arrived and she tried the leggings on there was a small hole in the bum. Inconvenient yes but these things happen. I sent off an email to Ryderwear customer support and within 30 minutes Matt, a senior customer service representative, replied and sorted it out for me. Amazing service and honestly you now have a customer for life as a result, it may be a small thing to such a big company but it’s a massive thing for a customer.

Bought 2 pairs of leggings, same size on labels but completely different when arrived so sent one back (6 pound cost to myself) reordered a different pair (had to spend over 75 pound again or pay 9.99 delivery after the return cost already paid), order received and leggings not fit for purpose, worst quality gym leggings I've ever had (and I wear a lot of brands) bobbled and worn away within 3 months, material so thin its stretched at the seams (right size) I'd expect gym leggings to be able to withstand stretching and squats atleast. Customer service is terrible, 2 days out of 3 months guarantee (from ordering not even arrival as that took 2 weeks) and no help at all. Would not recommend at all if using for the gym!

Read the return policy for your country first! I saw on the website it said Free 30 day returns so I thought ok if it doesn’t fit I’ll just send it back and get a different size. The leggings came and the size was all off. I ordered 2 pairs in the same size and they fit completely different. I don’t really think the quality is there. I tried returning the pair that didn’t fit and it said I had to pay $9 to return it. Not a big deal, but if it says Free, it should be free! I reached out to customer service and they said it was because I lived in the US. I think it’s misleading because it doesn’t say that in the listing it just says free returns. That turned me off so I will not be purchasing from them again.

Bought a pair of gym leggings for my partner as a present going off her size and size chart on their page and unfortunately when arrive they were too small for her riding up crothch so not good for exercise. Contacted Ryderwear and exchange was no problem just had to pay to send back to aid from the uk. Spoke to them about sizing before ordering replacement and they said try different material as more stretchy, so my partner chose different ones had them shipped going off again model size on the site and my partners sizes were well in that size bracket but then again same issue too tight riding up The
groin. Really annoyed now as it will cost us to send back to go through whole process again. The next size up we will try but going off my partners size they are showing too big. Need to sort out their size guide

I ordered some gym wear online, I honestly was a bit nervous when I ordered the gym wear as I did read the reviews after purchasing from Ryderwear and they were not very positive.
However, my order not only arrived on time from Australia to the UK but the quality of the gym wear was amazing that I had to write this review as not all experiences are the same. ☺️
But I have to give this brand a 5* rating for the service I received and the quality of the gym wear.

Purchased a few items from Ryderwear after being burnt from them a few years back, figured i would give them another try, first of all the sizing across different tights is appalling, one pair of tights fit perfect whilst the next pair could not get on comfortably, then went to return and they will only allow you to return via their portal having to pay more money, i asked for the returns address and they refused! Along with the fact that some item on sale could not even be returned. Also not being able to select store refund and only a credit or exchange is disgusting, where is the customer service?! They are there for a money grab and nothing more. Ryderwear has lost me yet again! onto to bigger and better!

Absolutely shocked by how terrible my experience with Ryderwear was.
I ordered a pair of men’s size M pants — my usual size across multiple brands. When they arrived, I literally couldn’t even get my foot through the leg opening. Not just tight — physically impossible.
To make sure it wasn’t just me, I tried my wife’s women’s size S skinny jeans — and somehow, those fit better.
That’s right: women’s SKINNY jeans, size SMALL, fit better than Ryderwear’s men's size M pants.
I reached out to their customer service, genuinely expecting they'd take one look and realize this was clearly a design defect.
Instead, I got cold, copy-paste replies blaming it on "sizing" and refusing to take any responsibility.
How can you even call yourself a fitness brand if your customers can't put your clothes on?
To make it worse, their website says nothing about extreme ankle compression or weird sizing. No warnings. No heads-up. Nothing.
If I had known, I would've never wasted my money.
Honestly, it feels like Ryderwear just wants to take your money and shrug their shoulders when there’s a problem. No care, no accountability, no real customer service.
After this experience, I’m done with this company — forever.
I’ll stick with brands like Nike that actually know how to make clothes for real athletes and care when something goes wrong.
If you’re thinking about ordering from Ryderwear, don’t make the same mistake I did.
Save your time, your money, and your energy. Trust me — they don’t deserve your business.
UPDATE after Ryderwear’s response:
I appreciate you taking the time to reply, but honestly? Your message feels like a carefully polished way of saying, “we don’t care.”
Let me be very clear — this isn’t about some minor sizing issue or “personal preference.” This is about me ordering men’s size M pants, my regular size, and not even being able to get my foot through the leg opening. That’s not a preference. That’s a failure of basic product design.
And your answer, saying it's all within normal expectations? That’s insulting.
You talk about “detailed sizing information,” but where on the product page does it say anything like:
“Warning: ankle opening may be so small you literally won’t be able to wear them”?
Nowhere. That’s not detail — that’s deception by omission. I didn’t buy a fashion experiment. I bought what I thought was functional gym wear. What I got was an unwearable product and a robotic wall of excuses.
What’s worse is how confidently you say your “multiple team members” reviewed it. So several people at your company looked at pants a grown man couldn’t even wear — and decided that’s fine? That’s your quality control?
It blows my mind that a fitness brand — one that sells to people of all shapes and sizes — sees no problem here. I’m just a regular guy with average proportions and average expectations: I want to wear what I buy.
Instead, I’ve wasted my time, money, and energy, and got nothing in return but empty sympathy and the promise that “feedback has been passed on.” That doesn’t help me. That doesn’t fix anything.
I’m done with Ryderwear. And if you’re reading this and wondering whether to trust them with your money — don’t. You deserve better.

I'm disappointed this year's haul from Ryderwear was not as pleasing as last year. The products were not as good quality and returns were very, very disappointing. You could only get exchanges or store credit. To return items it was £5.99 and to make an exchange it was more then double that, with a card payment needing to be made prior to completing the exchange. For international customers it leaves a sour taste in the mouth and I'm afraid this will be my last purchase from Ryderwear.

Ryderwear changed companies that collect payments without being authorised to do so or any notification regarding any change. When I tried to cancel.my sons membership using g the email I signed up on I received a reply that the account was closed so thought nothing more of it. That was until months later I realised the payments were still coming out every week. Email after email Ryderwear said they had no record of payments and debit success no longer responded at all then I was informed they use another company. I contacted my bank and had all payments stopped and the name of who was collecting payments and contacted them. Payfix was collecting the payments now and had my details and that all funds go to ryderwear flinders park but ryderwear are claiming they have no record of payments in my name, my sons name or anyone at my address. And despite all the communication back an forth they still haven't cancelled his membership. I received a text message saying I had missed payment from ryderwear to my number they have no record of apparently.

Terrible service, he discount code wouldn't work when I was placing order. I followed up in email to ask for discount code to be added. Customer service said they were unable to process so I requested order to be cancelled. Then I never received a response and they sent the order anyway.
I will not use ever again.
Update 22/04 I have been blocked from raising a return stating that they were final sale items (they were purchased before the sale) so now I am left with the items I do not want. I have never been as disgusted with a company as now.

Don't think we have a company in Australia that is as good with their customers as Ryderwear?
Delivery is next day (every time for me)
Clothes are exceptionally good quality and great longevity, and their selection is fantastic.
Only thing I wish they'd sell is 'loose fitting Tracksuit pants' but hey, I'll get by.

Buyer beware, there are no refunds, only store credit.
Unlike all other online retailers, this company’s policy does not allow refunds. That would usually be fine but the quality of their products is terrible. I ordered 2 different singlets from them which were extremely thin material, poorly made and wouldn’t survive a single wash. Store credit is not acceptable as I would never purchase another item from them given this experience and quality.

When I queried why I have to pay for insurance on top of shipping they couldn’t give me a straight answer, the company should be held accountable for your order until it reaches you, but not ryderwear.
If you want to return anything you won’t get a refund, only store credit, this is unacceptable! But if you query them they will just say “it’s our policy”.
Sizes are inconsistent.
Don’t seem to care about their customers.
I won’t be ordering from them again.

Reply from Ryderwear
They refused to refund me my money. They gave me store credit. Their product is horrible, looks awful on the body. They are not a honest company. Better to stay clear of them.
