Worthless customer service
Worthless customer service.
1) The chatbot doesn’t know what it is doing. As with many AI inquires, it tells you one thing which turns out to be incorrect. When you call it on it, it tells you another thing that is incorrect. Everyone it acts like it is the authority on the subject.
2) You cannot speak to anyone. You call and get an annoying AI who will not connect you with a human being, no matter what you do or say.
3) Eventually, they may have a human write you back through the app and give a call, but don’t miss the call because you cannot call back and get that person- just the AI. When you respond to the message in the dashboard (supposedly human), they don’t response back- so no way of knowing if they got your message and/oe if your issue is being resolved. So far, this company is just as bad as the rest of these pop-up, profit-only, garbage GLP companies.

Great success!
I have had wonderful success with weight loss. Although my weight loss has been fantastic, I am one of the few that struggles with nausea and vomiting. I understood and accepted the possibility of this side effect but at times it is overwhelming. I am very great full for the nausea medication.

Continuing my GLP-1 therapy
It was very easy to get started. Since I was already on GLP-1 I was able to snap a photo of my current RX. From there a plan was made was put together to either continue at current strength or to change the dosage. I was very pleased on how it was put together and how quickly the prescription was submitted and filled.

The product has been phenomenal
The product has been phenomenal! RxPros has been very responsive when I’ve had a question and are eager to provide quality customer service. I’ve been using RxPros for 9 months and it’s changed my life and works phenomenal as I’ve lost over 90 pounds. I have more energy, my self confidence has returned, and I’m back to the old me.
The only critique I have is that I wish they would start the refill process sooner, so you receive your meds before you run out of your current supply.

I received my 3 month supply of…
I received my 3 month supply of semiglutide. It came packaged well with everything I needed. Some directions would have been helpful but I watched the injections on YouTube. It’s only been, a week and a half. My appetite is way low so I know it’s working. I feel fine, no nausea.

This business is a scam. Don't make the mistake I made. They are all in India and it is impossible to get a live person on the phone every connection is answered by AI. I have used pharmaceutical grade mounjaro but their products are watered down. Lot of raving reviews that they have are fake. I am planning to report them to BBB and federal trade commission. Do your research and find a legitimate online supplier in the US. I tried for two weeks to talk to someone in there. Finally somebody called with a thick Indian accent and left me a voice mail that said "you wanted to talk to a live person so calling you back bye" didn't even leave a call back number. Even when you call their number listed on your account the phone service says the number you are trying to reach is likely scam but then their AI picks up the line. ***Update 5/426*** I filed a complaint with BBB and federal trade commission. The company refused to issue a refund to me or send me another set of the same product due to ineffectiveness. I also got call and email from BBB and provided them with more details and going to follow up with my complaint with federal trade commission. the company tried to tell me what I experienced is normal. I have been a pharmacist for over 20 years and quite familiar with these products and what they said was another lie trying to normalize the situation. they still haven't provided me with a number that I could call to talk to someone in charge. Pls for your safety and to avoid wasting your money avoid this company. I strongly stand by my comments that the company and the whole operation is a scam.
