Very Sad Customer

Very Sad Customer. Purchased the UV light Sanitizer on Nov 8 2024. I realized it was not working after 3 months, only because it was in my bedroom where I could see the light thru a small crack. Before it was upstairs and I left the room fast because your not suppose to be close. They did not answer my complaints. Emailed on Feb.12, 14, 17, and 19th. No replys. There phone is full and wont receive any messages. Called them 2025 Feb 6th,14, 17 and 20. There is a 1 year warranty. It works for only 15 minutes. Not plus 30 or 60 like it is suppose to. I love the concept and want it to work. I finally
filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the last contact with them BBB they did not receive an answer from Rveal. As of yet. March 1, 2025

A very effective gadget indeed

A very effective gadget indeed. It does actually purify the air in my house. You must leave the premises for the day to stay away from the ultraviolet radiation that the device uses to wipe out allergens, microscopic bugs, & negative ionic compounds in the airspace. Very smooth operation & can be placed in one room at a time for proper sterilization.
