I gave them a second chance at my business.

So I gave them a lousy review when I tried to buy one months ago. I saw a BETTER review later that also read they are under new management. I took another chance and ordered the MW02 band for my Apple Ultra 2. The order went through fine and I received my band within about 8 days. First of all...WOW. It REALLY is heavy and built VERY well. I'm NOT crazy about the clasp but its not as bad as some folks have commented. Its a heavy massive band and case which is exactly what I wanted! Came with replacement sections to add when I get fat, a screwdriver for the face, and a band adjuster tool. I LOVE IT! Thank you for getting your act together and producing a very unique product!

Insanely beautiful bracelet!

First of all, the bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. I love the weight design everything about it and it goes well with my Apple Ultra watch.!!

Wow.. just wow. Ultra impressed

Man this thing is a solid piece. I am ultra impressed with the quality, the weight, the look. You can’t be a little stick wrist and wear this mammoth, it’s built for the manliest of men, or manliest Subaru owner.. either way it’s a great addition.
I will 100% get another piece or 2 from Exonaute. The style and heft make it worth the price tag, all day every day.

Having dealt with customer service, they have been very responsive and helped me work through minor issues.

Killer watch band, killer company. Killer look.
If you want to stand apart from the normal smart watch wearing crowd, this is exactly how you do it.

Under new management

Under new management, exonaute service was wonderful. Received my item rather quickly and customer service response was excellent. Always loved my Apple watch band. I have received lots of compliments.

It would appear that I'm in the same…

It would appear that I'm in the same boat with other buyers here. Through preorder I purchased their largest most ornate and technically designed case/band for my 49mm ultra. I've worn the watch cased up in this configuration 20 X tops. I never used it for any other reasons than dress. Today I had a meeting and just happened to see what I thought was some dirt or debri in the clasp along the channel up the magnet. Upon a magnified view I discover the tiniest c-clips on the plant. Under further investigation I was able to determine they belonged to one of the many wristband pins. Whose genius idea was this. One of the c-clips had broken into three pieces. How they made their way to the clasp magnet is beyond me. Talk about luck. Also my pre order ship date was pushed back twice. The owner had claimed that the polisher was backed up. Nothing is polished on this chunk of arm ballast. Today I discovered that the website has been shut down and the phone number is no good. Currently theres a few reviews on the BBB that reports the business with an F rating. Thanks to BBB reviewer that posted the note about Trust Pilot. I do have an inquiry into the property managment company where he was running this fly by night sh:t show. I know it won't happen but I'd love to return this product for a full refund.

I have been looking at purchasing this…

I have been looking at purchasing this watch for a few months. I finally made the purchase and when it finally arrived it was absolute trash. I would say it look liked a child assembled it but that would be an insult to the child. Extremely poor laughable craftsmanship. I have sent an email to the company but no response yet which from reading these reviews I don’t expect much. After reading the website further, I understand that they enforce a 20 percent re stock fee which makes this company seem like a scam rather than a company which believes in producing a proper good for pay.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I bought a band from them in early June waited two weeks to get it only to get a broken band with a class that did not work. The band had scratches all over it also showing me this was something somebody else had returned already once or maybe more Times before. I contacted them. They sent me a return address label and I sent it back and they received it on 17 June. From that date, they have blocked me on every social media and email account I have. They are fraud. They are recycling, broken bands to take your bunny And block you and never respond back to your money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the federal trade, commission, through my credit card, and My next step is with their state Attorney General’s office for fraud. You have been worn. This guy is a complete scammer and fraud.

Buyers Beware

Customer service, none-existent. Ordered a watch case band earlier this month, waited 2 weeks for it to ship, only to find the wrong band was sent and the band I received had a none working clasp as many have also experienced. I email exonaute regarding the issue and get absolutely no response other than an email with a return label. Would have loved an apology for the inconvenience followed up by some options on how to proceed but nothing not a single word just the return label. I send in the return and send a follow up email asking for an update and again radio silence. Zero communication. To add insult to injury, got an automated email this morning notifying me that my order has been partially refunded. I am not even being refunded for the shipping cost of this band I did not order. I hope you do better exonaute as this is not how you treat customers. Time for a card chargeback for my shipping cost and an ftc report

Very happy with my purchase

Faulty, no contact, no refund?

I received my exonaute watch band under order #1641 on the 30th of January 2024 and found that the mechanical latch would not close (incorrectly manufactured). I contacted the company and, though the response was a little slow they suggested that I remove the faulty part and instead rely on the magnetic latch only, offering a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I attempted to do so only to find that the watch would unclasp itself easily. I followed up as I noticed the website had a different sized latch, asking if a replacement part could be sent instead... no luck, another few days to reply only to be told that the issue needed to be resolved in the re manufacturing process which they had not started and again, suggesting I keep the faulty product with the offer of a 25% discount. Fair enough I thought, but I can't use it so I asked for the details required to return the product to them and requested a full refund - 10 days later and I have had no response. Almost $300 down and nothing to show for it. All I want is a refund for a product that didn't deliver as promised.

HORRIBLE!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! My wife pre ordered a watch band for my Apple Watch Ultra so that I’d surely receive it for Christmas 2023. Sad to say Christmas came and went. I emailed Exonaute to verify my order # 1797 and kindly asked when could I expect my watch band. I was told the first week of January. The first week of January also came and went. I emailed Exonaute agin. The response I got was the last week of January. Well, here we are at January’s end. No watch band!!! At this point I think I’m just going to ask for a refund. I’m not sure what the massive hold up is with this company and why all the lies and false hope are told to customers. But take it from me, PLEASE DON’T waste your time and money. It’s obvious these people don’t care about customer service. Good luck, you’ve been warned 🛑
