Communication was excellent, the ladies that handled our property always knew what was going on, they work well as a team so when Victoria was on leave it was picked up by someone else in the office. This company was a pleasure to deal with.

I have worked with Zoe Harryman and her team for over 20 years and have found them to be informative and helpful with the purchase and sale of several properties. they are always available and work in a professional but accesible and friendly way.

The criminal defence solicitors are beyond shocking, they clearly are duty solicitors wanting to make a name for them selves with in the courts. Complete lack of confidence in their services. They convinced me to make an early guilty plea as I would not receive a custodial. It was clearly lies and in the day they never said a word I. My favour. Missed out crucial evidence and we're just condescending in manners. In fact there were no manners. The worst solicitor I have honestly ever known. If you fancy some time in jail for something undeserved then they are the ones for you!

My family made a complaint to this company and their response was totally appalling. Their customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. They were rude and antagonistic from the outset and failed to resolve the complaint fully. When we said that we would take the complaint to the Legal Ombudsmen they said that it wouldn't make any difference. We were communicating with managing partners which is so incredibly disappointing.

We used R&R for a property purchase a few years ago and they were okay (we had to chase numerous times but that seems relatively normal). We have an issue now we'd like checking, but when I called for a quote, I was spoken to like I was an inconvenience. They asked me to speak to a Solicitor directly. After 3 failed attempts of contacting the Solicitor (zero response), I gave up. Appalling.

I found the whole process of selling a house stressful and regular communication may have helped. I felt like it was always me chasing for updates - even a weekly email update might help
The day of completion was horrendous due to other solicitor issues and I really valued you keeping in touch

used for a simple probate , took 18 months, constantly having to chase them up and push them to do things , excuses kept changing , very unhappy with the poor service , will never use this company again
