We were offered help as soon as we arrived but Ronan was not pushy. He just made himself available. He was able to answer our questions and any he couldn't answer, ge checked with colleagues. The whole order process was explained clearly.

We visited the store to look for some Dining chairs, we were left alone to Browse, but as I had found some I liked, I asked salesman Ronan a couple of questions, he was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, the store has some lovely furniture, at reasonable prices and I would not hesitate to return, for any future furniture purchases, and would be happy to be helped by Ronan.

Ronan was very helpful and knowledgeable, we knew which suite we wanted before we went into store but needed help with colours etc, he spent a long time with us looking through books of materials and helping us choose matching cushions, he gave us some good advice and good discount in extras

I made 2 visits to the showroom. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to leave you alone to browse and the also happy to help you when needed. The showroom is well set out in room setting so it is easier to imagine the furniture in your own home. Laura was extremely informative and helped me to finally make a decision. Am looking forward to receiving my furniture.

Lovely shop. No hassle from salespeople, despite it being quiet. We eventually purchased a suite and Laura was very helpful and got us a good deal. Thank you Laura.

We had an amazing experience on both occasions that we’ve visited, staff have been super helpful but not pushy and let us look around. On our second visit we made an order and Ronan was amazing who dealt with us. He gave us so much info and advice on the products we were purchasing and get us a really good price on aftercare/one of the display beds in the store. Would 100% recommend and will be back for any future needs!

Just ordered our beautiful new sofa from Russell Dean. This was the our first visit, having exhausted our usual go to stores. Walked in expecting another round of “nope, nope, absolutely not,” and instead we were bowled over with so many options we loved! A big thank you to Ronan. Took my 90 year old mum to Russell Dean Furnishers to look for an Adjustable Bed. Ronan was brilliant and helped mum choose the Highgrove Ludlow which was perfect for her needs. As a family we love the Mytholmroyd store for its choice, prices and lovely non pushy staff, the free tea and coffee is a nice little extra 👍

This company was recommended to me by a colleague, well worth a visit.

First rate service,extremely knowledgeable about care and maintenance of the stressless leather chairs and stools we purchased. All delivery details and dates agreed an absolute pleasure to deal with. No AI on contacting the company or departments to negotiate through.

Fabulous and patient service from Troy. Russell Dean is our go to for furniture needs now and have also recommended to family.
We needed a new bed despite having bought a new mattress last year, nothing wrong with it just downsizing to a smaller one and again got 5 star service.
We wanted a slightly out of the ordinary size but Troy made phone calls and checked the mattress and bed base would be available which it all was.
We phoned the next day with another question and this was all sorted out efficiently and with no fuss at all.
Delivery was much faster than we expected and, as always, great guys who were super helpful and respectful when moving in the new furniture.
I can’t recommend Russell Dean highly enough.
