Everything you want from a sports shoe shop
This is the second pair of shoes I have bought from Run North West. Price was good, delivery very fast, and my return was processed swiftly (I had ordered 2 sizes). I just wish I had taken advantage of the free gait analysis which I didn’t notice until later.

Having assessed your return the shoes were sent back in an unsellable condition and so we were unable to accept them back. We can only accept back products that are in their original unworn condition. This is consistent with all online retailers who share this same requirement for returns.

Couch to London Marathon
I managed to get a spot in the London marathon and had been given advice to get a gait analysis done. So I came here as it was closest to me! I’m not a runner so I’m totally new to this, it was daunting going into a running shop and not knowing a single thing. First impressions when I went in is that it was clean & professional looking. The staff weren’t the warmest of people, no one looked up when I came in and when my assessment started I told the person that I was running the marathon and I’m new to this, I expect people to be surprised but he didn’t give me the greatest of reactions which made me feel awkward and that I shouldn’t really be here. I wanted them to at least be encouraging. I saw in the gait analysis that it’s half an hour and you get to try on shoes and have a run around in them. I had to ask to try on shoes and overall it wasn’t the best experience. I bought a pair online through this shop and picked them up, again when I went in no one looked bothered that I was there, no interactions whatsoever and for some reason it again felt as though I shouldn’t be in here, almost like running is a sport for certain type of person. Safe to say I don’t think I would return.
