I have bought many pairs of trainers from Run North West. Always well priced, always prompt delivery. Also got a no quibble refund when I had a recent product quality issue. They are my ‘go-to’ online supplier of running shoes!

great staff, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. brilliant range of trainers and carry many more sizes than anywhere else, prices as good as anywhere. Im not even a runner - I bought my trainers for walking. despite it being 40 minute drive from my house it will be my first port of call next time I need trainers. Superb.

Opening the box to find a personal hand written note and a small pack of sweets, it's this level of customer service which is hard to come by that will not only make me a return customer but a company I would recommend to anyone looking for new shoes.

The sales assistant was extremely patient as I tried on numerous shoes. There was no pressure to purchase despite free gait analysis. She gave very helpful advice in terms of shoe selection. I eventually bought Saucony Peregrine and very happy with the whole experience

Really fast delivery service (delivered by Royal Mail. Ordered Friday and received on the Saturday. Only a bonus that it was free!!

Really simple process, ordered from the website, my trainers arrived the next day.
The handwritten note was a lovely touch and who doesn't love a wee packet of love hearts (which was added in the delivery, that wasn't just a random statement).

Great experience and the best price available for the shoes i was after. I will definitely look to order from here again.
