I received great shoes.......

I received great shoes at a great price. Delivery was slightly longer than expected, however, this was more to do with UK customs than Runningxpert.

Quick ’n’ good shopping experience

Good price and fast delivery. Item as ordered. However, shipping was not made on the same evening as indicated on the web store. Not really any problem for me, but be mindful of this.

My package was deliverd to a parcel…

My package was deliverd to a parcel shop, I was however (due to circumstances) not able to pick up the package as I could not go back to Amsterdam. According to the tracking code the package is still there while it should have been returned over a week ago. My housemate went to the parcel shop but they say the package was returned. The webshop says that the package is at the parcel shop still. We have taken a picture of the terminal in the parcel shop and it says that the package was returned over a week ago. I have tried to get in contact with the customer service but without success. They respond without empathy and are not willing to help, the only response I get is that they will refund the money when the package has been returned. However, the problem is that the tracking code does not provide correct information and I do not know where the package is. Running xpert could have already started an investigation with DPD but there responses are lacking

UPDATE: they refunded the money because I Think in the end the package was still delivered. However, it was a refund without any communication about the investigation, no update by mail, just nothing.

Excellent!! 😀

Often a little worried when purchasing from an online site that I haven’t used before. But this is an excellent service. I found Nike trainers that aren’t available in most stores anymore, at a very very reasonable price. Delivery to Ireland was very fast. Grest communication by email and kept up to date on tracking etc.
I would highly recommend and will definitely order from them again

Great price and fast delivery

Delivery was very fast considering the trainers were coming from Belgium and I was was kept up to date with their progress.
The trainers were a present for my daughter and were just what she wanted and a great price. I would definitely buy from them again.

BEWARE not UK based

BEWARE. NOT A UK COMPANY. Very disappointed. Delivery and returns take forever. Return is tedious and with a charge of nearly £7. Process takes up to 3weeks!! Hello Brexit, but companies need to make customers more aware of this and if selling in the UK have their warehouses based in the UK. Not worth the hassle and delay to get refund for expensive shoes. Very disappointed.

Our delivery times of 3-5 days are always shown before purchase, and while shipping to the UK can occasionally take longer due to customs procedures, this is outside of our control. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

Regarding returns, the return fee of £6.90 is clearly stated in our return policy. We inform customers that processing can take up to 3 weeks, but in most cases it is handled significantly faster — typically within about a week after we receive the item back. Refunds are processed promptly once the return has been received and checked.

We understand that international returns can feel less convenient compared to domestic retailers, and we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Difficult returns!

Be careful, this is not a UK company and therefore the delivery times are extended due to customs. Unfortunately the trainers that they sent had a mark on the upper and needed to be returned. This is not an easy process and then they state it takes 3 weeks for the return to be processed and refunded. This is not good when it is their error.

Update - 4/2/26
I have no issue with the company being based in Denmark, I was merely highlighting the delivery timescales are escalated since you are not UK based. That then added to me receiving faulty/damaged goods and you quoting a 3 week return window means I will not be able to return them and get replacements before I go away. I have therefore had to purchase elsewhere to correct this. However your Website seems to only want to give vouchers for replacements if you state the item is damaged and want free a free return. It is therefore trying to charge me to return a damaged item unless I am willing to wait 3 weeks to return it and another week for redelivery. That is the bit that is poor customer service!!!

I also have requested a return label twice now, none has been received. So yes, the return processes you have is shockingly poor & yes i would like you to contact me to resolve this before I go away.

Regarding delivery times, we always state our estimated shipping times clearly with 3-5 business days. While customs processing can occasionally cause delays, this is outside of our direct control.

As for returns, we inform customers that processing can take up to 3 weeks. However, in most cases it is completed much faster — typically within about a week. We always process refunds as quickly as possible once the item arrives back with us.

We are sorry to hear that the trainers had a mark and understand the frustration this caused. If there is anything still unresolved, we are of course happy to assist further.

shoes comes from abroad

They display a British flag at the top of their website, which is misleading and makes customers believe the company is based in the UK. In reality, they are based in the Netherlands.
When you try to return or exchange items, they charge more than half of the original price (for example, £60 on a £100 pair of shoes), which is unreasonable.
The website also advertises 3-day delivery, but delivery actually takes 15–20 days. When I phoned to ask about the delay, the representative was rude and told me first we paid custom fee and “there is no need to moan” and claimed the delay was due to customs.

Overall, this company is misleading, unprofessional, and does not deliver what it promises

I was scammed in the shipment

The website said the sneakers would arrive on January 5, 2026. I ordered them on December 30, 2025, and they didn't arrive until January 10, 2026. I needed them by January 6, 2026. I don't know why they provide that information on their website, but if it's to increase sales, all they're doing is creating dissatisfied customers. I have no doubt that I will never buy from this website again. On top of that, they charge you for returning the product. I'm waiting for a solution.

The same explanation was also provided to you in the email response we sent after your inquiry. Once shipments resumed, your order was dispatched accordingly and delivered as soon as possible thereafter.
