Unacceptable delay processing refund
I ordered a running jacket on 2nd Jan and it arrived a week later. This part was fine. The jacket was too small so I returned it on 12th January. Since then the website has shown 'return in progress'. This should not take a month to resolve. As at today, 11/2/26 - the refund has still not been issued and I had to pay £11.99 for the postage. The jacket was £135.48 (Asics - a very nice item just too small). Totally unacceptable returns process I won't use this platform again, don't think it is a trustworthy company. Order number 6981969.

A company which hides behind it’s AI customer service.
I ordered a garment from RunnerInn for an upcoming trip to South Africa. When I received the confirmation, the delivery date was so far in the future that I would have already left for my trip. I contacted their website to cancel my order, where their AI assistant agreed to cancel the order and issue a full credit.
Whilst I was in South Africa I received notification that the garment had been delivered !! After countless communications, which I presume are also with AI, I have still to received my credit. This organisation hides behind its AI customer service, fails to acknowledge its errors, and makes getting a credit entirely impossible.
DO NOT USE RUNNERINN, THEY ARE APPALLING !!!

These guys are terrible. Absolute scam merchants. Charge an arm and a leg for delivery and £12 for a return... First time I used them and will confidently never use them again.

I was a bit dubious ordering at first, but they had trainers that I love that are discontinued, so thought it was worth a try! Order was ever so slightly delayed, but only by a few days and I’d had note of it being dispatched. They came and was exactly as expected! Therefore really pleased and would order again.

I purchased shoes over 3 weeks ago. No delivery, broken delivery promises, no updates, ignored emails to customer services. Just a disgrace. It’s just a shame you can’t give a minus rating
PS since writing this review 3 hours ago apparently there was a failed attempt to deliver my purchases. No email or text notifying a delivery. I was at home at the relevant time. No card left confirming failed attempt to deliver. Runner inn contact the driver. I’ll give him £20 if he comes back!!! COWBOYS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I didn’t collect the item, but my money was not refunded.
On 07/01/2026, I placed an order, as shown on the website.
The order arrived on 12/01/2026, as indicated by the company InPost, but I did not collect it.
On 12/01/2026, the product was returned to the sender, as shown on the InPost website.
On 15/01/2026, the sender received the product, as shown on the InPost website.
However, the sender is not taking responsibility for the matter and claims that the product was not returned, even though the InPost website clearly shows that it was received on 15/01/2026.
When I contacted the transport company, they confirmed that the item was returned.

Nice but FAKE New Balance trainers
Ordered New Balance Arishi V4 trainers.
Arrived in a few days safely. However, sadly they are fake.
Tell tale signs:
The excess glue residue.
Poor sticltching finishing.
The anti-counterfeit QR code doesnt work, it generates random text, not size and spec factory info.
They cost me £62.
For that there are much better available. These are Budget Aldi / Asda quality with NB logo.
PLUS you have to pay £12 to return them.
Stick to their own website, Sports Direct etc or enjoy your counterfeit trainers just know what you are buying. These belong on a street market in Turkey for 20 Euros.

I ordered a One size Nike Hat... Wouldn't fit a toddler :-(
I ordered Nike Gloves, a Nike neck warmer and a Nike hat.
Gloves and Neck warmer were fine, the hat although labelled as one size is far too small, doesn't even fit my 9 year old daughter.
Looked to return the item but to send it back it would cost me £11.99 postage which is ridiculous.
For this reason I would not recommend or order again.
