The Good, not the bad or the ugly.
I ordered a pair of Ascics Gel Kayano 32 from this company who I never heard of so I was a bit worried. The trainers arrived 3 days before I was expecting them and were in perfect new condition. Also they were vastly cheaper than all other sites, even Spirts Direct which was the main reason I got them. Very happy with the trainers, ideal for me as I had terrible issues with plantar fasciitis.

Trainers turned up fine. Problem was the quality of running trainer. After a few wears, the reflective strips started to peel. I have submitted a complaint but yet to receive a response. If I receive a refund or replacement, I have no issues but yet to get a response.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a hydration vest and I received a woman’s hydration vest. There was no mention of this in the description and the size chart was the type where when you press it you have to filter “men” or “woman” so you still have no clue that you are looking at a woman’s vest.
There’s absolutely no way to query whether a woman’s was sent by accident because after several emails I was still not given an answer to this question. All I kept receiving is a generic reply stating it had been delivered and to start a return if there was an issue.
This is all well and good but I can’t return and buy another unless I know whether the item I ordered was supposed to be a male vest and I was accidentally sent the female version or whether the product is mislabelled on the website and is actually a female vest and there is no male version to buy.
Very frustrating. Surely someone could have replied to my email with this info instead of receiving generic replies.
All you have to do is read their reply to this review to see all you get is a generic reply. If I listen to their advice then I’d have to send the woman’s vest back assuming they sent the wrong one. Then I buy another one assuming it will be a man’s vest. Then I’m back in exactly the same position if the vest I keep ordering is actually a woman’s due to the description on the website being wrong. There is no option on their site to ask whether or not the vest has been listed incorrectly.
