This site is the best site ever. Why? It is very very easy to use. All the recipes are very simple and do not have millions of ingredients. I love the emails with the different recipes too!!! Keep up the good work and the YouTube channel rocks!!!!

For three years, Ruled.Me has been my go-to keto site. I have two full cookbooks, I use the app, and I refer everyone I know to it if they're interested in keto as a lifestyle.
I've used recipes from other sites, but Ruled.Me is the best by far. The variety, the quality, the ease, and the macro balance of the foods Craig creates is truly the best I have found. I've lost 100 pounds using the recipes and information. My diabetes is in remission. I don't take meds, and I feel fabulous. I'm kinda proud of this, and immensely grateful to all the information I was able to access when I first started out.

This is my Go To keto site. Craig explains everything perfectly from start to finish and all so easy to understand. The recipes are delicious and plentiful with all the information you need. I would be lost without this website.

I got into the Keto Lifestyle about 4 years ago. Lost a lot of weight but gradual. Ruled.Me helped me with how to do it and what would be best for me and my body. I loved the recipes and calculators they have available. I always recommend this site to others that are looking for a keto recipe, looking to know more about keto and such. Its my Go-To for anything Keto related!

I love Ruledme! When I first began the Keto lifestyle three years ago, I was so overwhelmed with all the amount of information that was out there, that I kept putting it off to try to sort it all out so I could begin! Ruledme was and still is, the answer to my prayers! The website is so very easy to navigate, all the information on the site is very basic and very easy to follow. It's all there explained from A to Z. Every question you would probably want to know, is answered thoroughly. I like it because if you want meal plans, it's offered, but they don't push it down your throat. I simply kept it simple, followed their guidelines, and used the MyFitnessPal app they suggested. Ruledme even calculates your macros, calories, fat, and carbs according to the info you give them. You simply enter it into the MyFitnessPal app and it does all the work for you. Once I reached my desired weight goal, I started making the Ruledme recipes, and boy are the delicious!! I usually double the recipes, and freeze half of them. I've never tasted a recipe I didn't like from them. Also if you sign up with them through your email, they will send you free recipes! I have a whole file of Ruledme recipes! If you are considering Keto, or are maintaining on it, I urge you to use their wonderful website!

Simple and easy to follow guide. been using it for just more than 2 weeks and i’ve lost about 8-10lbs, no exercise yet. recipes are personally tailored to personal needs and you can tweak it a little if you like, you just have to choose from the assortments of yummy, nutritious and easy to make ones. tried a lot of keto aids, i think this one is the best for me!
