The BEST choice in designs and EXCEPTIONAL customer service
I used to be a bit apprehensive ordering home furnishings 'unseen' but have been lucky with all the online companies I have ordered from since moving area. I would say that this company, Rugette, is exceptional when it comes to customer service. They respond really quickly to any query you might have concerning their rugs. There is a remarkable choice of designs; I really enjoyed looking and choosing...and had such a long 'saved' list in the end, I could only wish I had a 30-roomed mansion to buy for. They also seem to have a greater choice of shapes and sizes than other rug companies. The rug I chose - a 140cm square blue/grey - was despatched quickly and received sooner than I expected (delivered by FedEx, with good notifications) I am pleased with the quality of the rug and I like the backing/underside which ensures that the rug 'sits still'. There really is no need to look anywhere else for a rug...

Would order again
The rug came quite quickly considering its origin. The only thing I would say is the rug was a little less vibrant than it appeared online but this could be a lighting difference - not a big deal. Customer support were efficient in their response and successfully dealt with my questions. I don't know a lot about rugs but I thought for the price, the quality and size were great. I would be happy to order from Rugette again.

Had a great experience with this company recently - I purchased one of the washable rugs which is half the price of the competitor rug that I also own, and so much easier to use! No faff with a velcro base, it sits on my wooden floors without being slippy, looks great. I'm about to purchase another one for a different room. Great customer service.
I was hesitant to order from them, as I didn’t know much about them and I usually order from Amazon, due to the easy return process, but I really liked their wide selection of sizes and colors, which is what I was looking for.
The order arrived exactly when they said it would and the rugs were of great quality.
Unfortunately they didn’t match the decor in my home.
I was surprised at how prompt they were at getting back to me when I reached out to inform them that I needed to return the rugs.
They were more than understanding that sometimes pictures on line don’t look the same in real life.
They were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
They promptly refunded me when the return was complete.
I recommend doing business with Rugette, as I would definitely order from them again.

This company is a scam - don’t believe the reviews. I ordered a rug that I paid way too much for considering the quality. It arrived in unmarked, unprofessional packaging from Turkey with a customs note that misrepresented the contents. The rug lasted 3 months before completely shredding. Avoid at all costs.
