Prompt delivery and rug looks great. Had a very rubbery smell that pervaded for many months; gone now. Maybe not that hard wearing as it has some minor damage after our little dog (Maltese) had a short scratch on it and left a hole.

Initially impressed but clearly poor quality
I was pleasantly surprised by the rugs I received. Given the price I wasn’t expecting much but they were decent quality and have really brightened up our room. We are still toilet training our dog so have had to wash them a couple of times and they have come out still looking great and dry quickly. Would definitely recommend!
EDITING: spoke too soon and on third wash fell apart in the wash. Owned them for less than 3 weeks.
EDITING AGAIN: Customer service was very good and arranged immediately to replace the rug.
