Scammers
We bought four tickets for the France vs. Scotland Six Nations match, and one day before the match, having traveled to Paris, they canceled our tickets without any justification. You can still go to their website and buy them at a higher price.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We clearly mention on our website that ticket prices can vary from face value, and at times, they may even be lower, depending on factors like booking timing, supply and demand, and other considerations.
Regarding seat location transparency, we offer seats based on zone selection for a reason. We rely on the seats provided by our suppliers, as well as the allocation for customers who book for the same match.

I will buy again!
5 tickets bought 3 days before the event. I was a bit concerned as I had not received the tickets but my email was answered very quickly and the tickets arrived on the last day as mentioned in the response. All the seats (bought as single seats) were in the same zone, just a few metres away from each others! We had a wonderful evening at the Stade the France totally crowed (more than 97% full).

The service was also exceptional, I sent an email to enquire when I would receive my tickets and got an email back after a few minutes to inform me they had been sent quite a while back.
Completely my fault that I didn't see the email with the tickets attached as my mobile had treated it it as junk mail. Now very happy and looking forward to a lovely trip to Rome😁

Great service for foreign tickets
Simply, Rugby Box office got me the tickets that i wanted, so for that, it's a great service.
It could be improved, the order was acknowledged via email after it's placed to confirm and when I tried to raiser requests via the Bot, it was not clear if my request had been addressed. But I still got a response to me question within 2 days.
