A much more relaxed walk
My dog who was my dads before he recently passed is a very anxious dog used to pull on the lead as she walks fast and gets stressed when crossing roads and passing other people and dogs, since using the Ruffridge lead she pulls less, says hi to more dogs and is generally a lot more relaxed on walks.

We’re really sorry to hear about your dad passing, and we’re glad your dog has you there looking out for her.
It’s amazing to hear the difference the lead has made. That drop in tension through the bungee design can go a long way in helping anxious dogs feel less restricted and more in control, especially in those stressful moments like road crossings or passing others.
Hearing that she’s now more relaxed, pulling less, and even saying hello to other dogs… that’s exactly why we built it.

Great product, long delivery, not the best communication
Placed an order back on the 1st of Feb where on the website there was no mention of “pre order” just 48 hour tracked delivery. By the 11th of Feb no delivery so contacted them to which they did respond quickly, informing me it was on pre order and should have been on the website. It was not. It was now expected mid to end March but they did offer me a colour change/cancel.
9th March I contacted them again as had heard nothing, just to check for an update. Again, responded quickly, but reported material issues and may now run into April.
24th of March I emailed once again, there stock was now at the local depot and they were hoping to ship late next week.
27th March finally delivered!
Overall, the product is stunning, good quality, just wish the communication could have been better from them regarding updates instead of chasing. And the website needs to be made a lot clearer regarding pre-orders with expected dates etc.
The strap on the bag could have been better also, very rough on the skin but okay over layers.

Just to clarify on the communication side, we responded to each of your messages promptly (all within the hour) and provided updates at every stage, including revised timelines, production updates, and options such as colour changes or cancellation.
Where we do agree is on proactive updates. While we kept you informed whenever you reached out, we could have done more to update customers automatically during that restock period, and that’s something we’ve since improved.
Regarding the preorder, this was displayed at the time of purchase, but we recognise it may not have been as clear as it should have been during a high-demand restock, and we’ve since made this much clearer across the site.
We also appreciate the feedback on the bag strap and will take that on board as we continue refining our gear.
Thank you again for your patience during a busy restock period, and for recognising the quality of the product in the end 🐾

Absolutely love this business. Super speedy shipping and incredible quality and customer service. We won a giveaway that this business hosted on instagram. We won a sling-bag and a water bottle. Both items came perfectly packaged and in immaculate condition. We now use it on every dog walk and it has become so much easier to hold my personal items as well as bringing water for myself to drink, and you can unscrew the bottom of the bottle and allow your dogs to drink from it too. So so handy!! An amazing business, thank you! 🐾

The water bottle is brilliant
The water bottle is brilliant. I also love the bag. We are very grateful.
My only critique if there is wiggle room for improvement (and honestly this is a slight thing, it’s a really great product) is the strap could be a little more comfortable. It’s a bit like seatbelt material when being worn, and it rubbed a little when it slipped onto my neck (I managed to tuck it under my hoodie so it wasn’t a big deal) but in the summer if it could be a slightly softer material I think I’d notice the difference. I love all the extra pockets in it though for things like poo bags, treats etc. Great product and delivered quickly well packaged. Thank you

3in1 bottle and bag.
I’m very happy with my 3in1 bottle and bag. They both look and feel good quality. The bottle is a good size, fits well into the bag and is comfortable to carry without being bulky. I like that the bag also has zip pockets to keep things in. The parcel was packaged well and arrived quickly. After receiving my bottle and bag I purchased another as a gift. Great. Thanks 🐾
