RS Watch Repairs were quick to respond to initial enquiry. When the watch was sent to the manufacturer for repair RSWR kept in touch, which was more than I expected. Payment and collection was easy. Every I met was very pleasant and gave great customer service.

Omega quoted me 7-8 months for a full service so contacted RS and spoke to Lee who advised 6 weeks which I was made up with.
2 weeks after dropping my watch off I already have it back looking brand new!
Can’t rate this company highly enough and the speed in which they did the service is mind blowing.
