Great item, really happy with the toilet and fast delivery too

Service was brilliant with really fast delivery. I was informed well in advance of when the items would delivered.
The communication with customer services via email was very prompt in their reply too and very knowledgeable .

Nice product done the trick for the amount of space in bathroom would look at you guys in the future

Arrived quickly . Not yet fitted but looks good. Pleased with the price. Just one issue, the poor delivery driver. Its a two person item . He was expected to carry it alone

What an excellent company to deal with. I placed an order via B&Q. A few days after it was delivered I realised I’d order the wrong item! Royal Bathrooms Customer Services Dept. could not have been more helpful …. situation resolved after a couple of emails. Will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them …. thank you

Delivery process was good, cheap and excellent.

Can’t fault them. Easy ordering. Delivered very promptly by excellent courier. Opened packages to find I’d ordered incorrect size shower cubicle & tray. Ordered correct size and same courier quickly collected wrong kit and delivered correct kit in a single delivery. No quibble. No delay. Refund processed day returned kit received. Excellent customer service. Very rare these days so a welcome change for me from the norm. I’ll be ordering all my bathroom requirements from these guys from now on. Top job !

I would highly recommend this company not only for high quality products but also how smooth and easy the process went in my case.I also appreciate how prompt they have answered my quires and actions taken on spot. Quick efficient great quality and service

Easy to place order and kept upto date and delivery was as stated - very satisfied, would recommend and use again.

Efficient service, quick delivery and good product.

I ordered a shower tray and needed it quickly, so I paid for next day delivery. When the item still not had not arrived by the end of the 1pm - 3 pm window I had been given, I called customer service only to be told that the item would actually not be delivered until the following day, not that day. In addition, they said they couldn’t give me a precise time for delivery for the following day. The customer service assistant clearly did not know what she was talking about, because I had received two texts telling me when to expect the shower tray on that day and now she was saying that no text had been sent and it was scheduled for the following day. After I insisted a number of times that she was wrong, she asked if she could look into it and call me back. At about 4pm she called me back to tell me that the item would indeed be delivered that day she had spoken to the driver and he was about half an hour away. The item was delivered at 4:30 by a lovely man who had been stuck in traffic. I was his last call. I was relieved, signed for the item, and watched him drive away. Something told me to open the box just to make sure everything inside was okay (my plumber was expecting to fit it the following morning and any delay would derail all the work he had planned for the rest of the week). On opening the box which was clearly marked ‘square 900mm by 900mm shower tray’, I found not a square shower tray but a quadrant shower tray which was completely unsuitable for my needs and not what I had ordered at all! At 4:30 pm it was virtually impossible to find a replacement elsewhere that I could pick up in time for the following morning. That size of square tray is not generally held on the shelves to click and collect anywhere, so I was completely stuck! Needless to say thanks to this stressful experience with Royal bathrooms and their clear incompetence at delivering the correct item at the correct time, I will not be ordering from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. If a company cannot even ensure that the correct item is in the correct box and not sent out to customers, they really shouldn’t be in business.
