Ordered at 5:30pm, well after the cut off for next day delivery but it still arrived around 1:45pm that day in there own van. It was well packed so no chance of breakage. The quality of the shower enclosure was top notch, I would definately recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from Royal Bathrooms. I ordered a vanity unit with ceramic sink ,mixer tap and waste.
Before placing my order I had a few queries and got through to their customer service quickly and got lots of help and advice on what components were or were not compatibly with each other. My order then arrived promptly and well packaged. The ceramic sink is good quality and the tap is well made and elegant. I have not installed the items yet but they all appear to be excellent quality. The range of products available is excellent and the prices seem very fair for the good quality you get. I will definitely buy from Royal Bathrooms again both for the quality and especially because the customer service is so good which is so important. Without being able to talk to someone it is easy to purchase items that are not compatible,.

I ordered a vanity unit with ceramic sink, and a tap. The product arrived safely and in good time.
Before placing the order I had a few queries and the customer service was excellent and I got prompt and clear advice about which parts were compatible and which parts were not. Also got great advice on alternative options when I had chosen a non compatible part.
The sink is lovely and well packaged and the tap is excellent. Well made and also elegant. None of the items are installed yet so don't know how they function but from what I can see the quality is good.
I would definitely order from Royal Bathrooms again because of the quality of customer service, the choice of products available and the reasonable price for good quality.

The ordering process was easy and I was given a delivery slot within 48 hours. I stayed at home waiting and was then informed the delivery vehicle had broken down. They couldn’t give me another delivery slot. Finally I got another slot for 2days later. When the unit was delivered I unpacked it and found there was damage to the door which had been painted a different colour so obviously the damaged was caused before it left the factory. I was offered a 10% discount or replacement. Obviously I chose a replacement. That one arrived the next morning. It hasn’t been installed yet so I can’t comment on using it.

Good quality screens I have had 4 x 1000 quadrants with trays .deliveries well,organised and on time

I stupidly ordered two shower screens by accident but realized just before they were delivered. A quick call to Royal Bathrooms sorted it out and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The tap itself is a nice tap. However, as often as is with metals the colour was not as “coppery” as I would have liked and a darker bronze. Unfortunately, I had to return it as it did not match the colour of the vanity door handles but otherwise a perfectly good tap. Royal Bathrooms were happy to take the tap back and were very accommodating in arranging collection.
