Identified excellent sitters through the app, but feel that the app itself could be significantly approved.

With Rover, it was easy to search and check reviews of possible dog sitters. It was also easy to schedule, communicate and pay. We found a wonderful person to watch our dog. We would definitely use this service again.

Rover customer service did not answer me until 5-6 days after my request. Unfortunately their response was only that I look at questions and answers section, they did not help me. Also I found their website difficult to use and maneuver throughout it.

We have had many unsatisfactory experiences with boarding our fur babies in the past at local kennels and other boarding facilities that I was very skeptical about using rover. We have had such amazing experiences with rover and met so many great people that I can’t imagine using any other service!

Easy to look for sitters. Meet and greets available before arrival. Very helpful and responsive customer service. Overall, very easy to book and the sitter provides daily updates and pictures!

I like that there were so many options but I’m not sure if the candidates are really safe. They should be required to send updates.

Made a tough decision to leave my dog with someone else into a very comforting choice. Had an early meet and greet before the appointment which was good for my dog so that way she knew she had been there before. I had to leave out of town and I felt at ease there was an app out there for dog sitters. Great experience for me.

I have contacted two house sitters. One did not respond at all. One initially responded, but then stopped responding when she found out it was house-sitting with my pet and not just drop-in visits. Why advertise that you do house-sitting and show availability on your calendar if you don't want to? This is so frustrating. I didn't want to board my kitten, but now I will have to.

I was a bit nervous about leaving my pup with a stranger. He had never been overnight with someone he didn't know. Friends has told me about their positive experiences with Rover, so we gave it a try. My Rover caregiver couldn't have been better! My pup, who has separation anxiety to begin with, had a great time. I will definitely rebook when I next need this service.

Elena took care of my 2 cats for three weeks. She was wonderful. Daily updates including videos of play and fun interactions were sent to me. My fur babies were happy and relaxed when I arrived home. I found Elena to be really sweet and a true animal person. She also sent updates on the neighbourhood cats who come to visit 😁 She is very thoughtful and reliable. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind during my long stay away from home.

Hired a drop in sitter while in open heart surgery. The sitter lied about dropping in and never showed. I called support and they have done nothing to help or reimburse me and the sitter still works for them.

Responding that I should contact you again after I have repeatedly is part of the problem. You have all the info you need. You have a copy of the messages you have another email from her father where he says she has a pattern of lying yet somehow I still need to contact you to get any resolution. You suck. Your company sucks. Your service sucks.

Matt was so great with Popeye my American Bully XL. I've never felt confident about leaving my boy with anyone especially staying in my home. I don't feel that way anymore. I have every confidence that Popeye is in good hands. We love Matt. I'm so happy that I've found him. Highly recommended.
