I easily found an affordable and trustworthy person to take care of my cat.

My experience with Rover was great because the dog sitter was great. Communication through Rover is effective and efficient. The we site was easy to use.

Michaela is a lovely person and I know has been checked out by Rover. She has a pleasant, friendly personality and immediately greets my boy when she arrives. She also gives him the full 30 minute walk which he needs. It’s relatively easy to find a quality person to walk or take care of your pet through Rover.

We really liked the dog walker, Tracy Walsh, and how she interacted with our dog. Patient, affectionate and firm. It is obvious she loves animals.

Chelsea was amazing. She sent lots of pictures and was kind and responsive.

The doggy day care was similar to an in-home experience without additional animals in the same area. Our Rover Sitter was extremely nice and very helpful, especially with pickup and drop off service. After day 1, our dog was excited to see Laura for the second day of care. I found the process to book a Rover Sitter to be very convenient and very informative of my options.

I searched for a trustworthy caretaker for my dog and felt genuine anticipation. There is wonderful energy connecting owners with kind souls. Yet, the team sent just one option. It felt like holding one key when a vault full of doors awaits. Finding the right match matters too much to settle for a lone candidate. The path is narrow and limits discovery. A broader pool would spark meaningful bonds between strangers. I did not find care this time, but I still believe in the concept. This platform holds the power to revolutionize pet care. Picture a vibrant community instead of a solitary offer. The possibility is undeniable. I urge the team to widen the net so every

quick response, responsible sitter and communicated each visit with pics. I will recommend Rover to friends and family.

I am been successful finding quality sitters on Rover for my cats. The app is clearly oriented more towards dogs though. My main difficulty with the app is how difficult it is to see my total cost when searching for sitters; I have to manually check each sitter's prices for cats, additional cats and 60 minutes and add up the number. It would be a vast improvement if I could easily see my total price for each sitter upfront.

But overall I've been satisfied my experience (at least in the Austin area)

Iman from Rover took care of our three small senior dogs while we were out of town. They were well taken care and Iman sent photos and updates. Iman was fantastic and I highly recommend her service. We will use her again.

We are so fortunate to have met Suzanne Olsen through Rover. I was at a loss in finding a pet sitter and using Rover gave me choices in the area. The people I reached out to were all very responsive. And Suzanne was amazing with our pets! Loved her photos!

Our sitter was responsive and professional, and most importantly our dog was happy with her. She also took care of our house as asked, and sent us periodic updates while we were away.

My dog sitter was excellent, and I would recommend her to anybody after a recent booking and daycare stay, but in the circumstance that I have had to cancel an upcoming trip and hence my dog sitting appt., I find no excuse to have a 5-10 day wait for an electronic refund from Rover.com, especially when I am expected to pay in full immediately when booking a reservation several months in advance. I was rather surprised at that policy to begin with. Hotels, car rentals etc. have a "pay when you stay" policy which is much more conventional.

I love Rover. I have used it to book boarding for my anxious dog several times now. I was told that it would be a “tall order” to find someone willing to dog sit a dog that is not good with other dogs, is used to getting on furniture, and prefers to sleep in bed with whoever she is staying with. I have found just that 4 times on Rover. The dig sitters I have used take great care of my dog and I am glad Rover had made it easy for me to find these people.

using rover was very easy. i had trouble with my account and the customer support was helpful and quickly resolved my issue. finding and booking a sitter was easy.

It was very easy to find a trusted, experienced pet sitter. The sitter was very good with my dog and he was much less stressed than normal when I got home. I will use her again.
