This was my first time using Rover. My doggie sitter was Kemarie in FL. She was absolutely amazing and constantly kept me updated on my boy. She sent multiple pictures throughout the day. She really made me feel comfortable about leaving my pup.

Smooth experience throughout the whole process. I picked up my pup early and Kemarie modified the booking with no issue and I quickly received the partial refund.

It is a great way to find someone to pet sit. I do not like rover takes a % from their salary plus adds a fee to us for going through rover.

It was the perfect fit for a rescue dog who loves other dogs but is very shy with people.

Asked to not be harassed incessantly with email, text, etc. can't get rid of all the crap sent, dozens a week, easily. What a crappy choice Rover has been.

The sitter I had was amazing but Rover charges a percentage fee on top of the booking fee. The sitter only gets half of the booking fee.

I used a sitter on Friday and she left my puppy unattended. When we got home I noticed, he was limping. I asked her if Theo had fallen down or hurt his paws etc, and she told me she noticed it when she got back from work! Not only was he left unattended, she didn’t mention it to me when I picked him up. I left a 1 star review on her page after being £800 lighter at the vets but Rover have not published it. I reported her for safety concerns and again no one has got back to me. Absolutely disgraceful if they only allow 5 star reviews to be published. I will be complaining if I do not hear back within 48 hours or if the 1 star review isn’t published. Other owners deserve transparency.

We went through Rover.com to care for our 7 month old pup while we were on a 15 day cruise. We met with the prospective care takers first and their own dogs. Then we had them take care of our pup for a day so she had experience with them and recognize that we would return. We received pictures everyday of our dog while she was in their care. She looked very well taken care of . When we picked her up she had been bathed. I would highly recommend this service. Of course, due your due diligence and read all the information that is given to you regarding the owners care directions. Some owners don't kennel dogs and others will. So ask lot's of questions and be sure they are willing to take the age of your dog.

There's no obligation until both sides agree to work together. The user ratings are very relevant and help choosing the right provider near you.

Great place, animals are cared for, but I wished Scout my dog, had a bath before I picked him up as he smelt bad in the vehicle. He was clean when I dropped him off.
The owner is very sweet & knowledgeable.
Its over an hours drive to reach her location, but grateful she was open & available.
Rover.com isnt user friendly & could use improvement in communication.

Our experience was amazing! The process was fun, friendly, professional, and she was very thorough. Our four legged child was well taken care of. We definitely plan on using their services again soon.

Robin was great with Arlo. He had never stayed anywhere before and I was really nervous about leaving him but she sent me pictures and updates and help me to feel more comfortable about leaving him. Would definitely recommend Robin and she will be the person I use any time I need to leave Arlo.
