Found a perfect dog sitter and family to leave my fur baby with. Made my vacation so peaceful without worry that my little guy was OK! App was easy to use and love that they check everyone's background prior to their post to work with animals.

We enjoyed our 10-day cruise to Mexico from San Francisco, knowing that our dog was being taken care of by a loving family. Lucy went above and beyond the extra mile, walking our dog twice daily and sending us adorable pictures of him. He made new doggie friends and had a wonderful vacation of his own.

The website was easy to navigate. As a first time user, I found it simple to vet different potential sitters for our large dog. This will be our go to site for future dog sitting needs! Our dog had a great five day visit with our sitter.

Rover provided everything that they said they would. The selection process for walkers was excellent and communication was very simple on the site. Prices were transparent and the fees were fair. During the walking period Rover facilitates communication and reports on the dogs. A very professional experience with Rover.

Our fur baby is 16 with a few issues. It was awesome to take her to people that took such good care of her. This was much appreciated.

Mary Sue is dedicated to the pets in her care. She followed the care plan and took great care of them.

My Rover helper was amazing. The platform really seems to keep things safe for all parties involved. It made it possible to get my elderly and inform father's cat vetted while I live out of state.

My first time using Rover and I couldn’t be more happy. Everything was easy! I really appreciate that they background check the walkers so I can completely trust the person walking my dog. My walker was easy to communicate and schedule with, gave cute photos and a map of where and when they were walking, and was happy to follow last minute instructions (like please give Ace the dog when you leave). It was such a relief to find someone good and reliable while I was gone. I would highly recommend my walker and Rover.

​I am updating my initial 5-star review to a 1 star due to a serious breach of trust regarding our dog's safety.
​When we picked him up on Sunday, the sitter casually mentioned he had "run away for a minute." By Monday, he began scratching, and by Tuesday, his chest, stomach, and inner thighs were severely inflamed. On Wednesday, right before taking him to the vet, I called the sitter to ask what he could have touched. Only then did she reveal that he hadn't just run away briefly—he had run into woods filled with a significant amount of poison ivy and poison sumac.
​Had we been informed the day he ran off by the sitter, we would have had her bathe him right then to wash off the oils until we got back in town. Because this critical information was hidden from us, we lost days of treatment. Our fur baby is now in extreme discomfort, severely inflamed, and barely eating despite medication and baths. The Vet gave him a steroid shot that would last 5 days, antibiotic shampoo and spray. We paid for this visit that was more than a financial cost but an emotional one to see our fur baby going through so much pain.
My daughter and I are deeply hurt by the dishonesty. We loved our sitter and we even tipped her initially, but after learning new information today about poison ivy and sumac, it came across as unprofessional and dishonest. Hiding safety hazards and minimizing incidents is unacceptable when caring for family.

Jessica and Nathaniel kept us up to date with Lilly's stay with pictures. That made us very happy for them to do that.

I loved the pet sitter that Rover introduced me too. The app was easy to use, and it required the sitter to post check ins/pictures so I knew that my cats were being taken care of
