Accurate color; challenging application

Got this to touch-up my moss green carbon frame (2025 epic 8 evo comp). It came with a primer that helped with the paint adhesion but just calibrate your expectation on the appearance- the affected surface will remain noticeable but the added protection with color helps maintain your frame. I recommend to have this touch-up paint in your repair kit.

Product leaked

The product is good, unfortunately the packaging was not suited to air freight and the clear coat sealer leaked half of its volume into the packaging.

PRODUCT WAS GREAT

PRODUCT WAS GREAT. DELIVERY WAS FAST. PRICE WAS FAIR.
UNFORTUNATELLY THE COLOUR DID NOT MATCH MY BIKE. MUST BE DIFFERENT COLOURS THAN WHJAT WE HAVE IN NORTH AMERICA.

I emailed and requested a new shipping…

I emailed and requested a new shipping address do to your manufacturing delay! But instead you shipped it to the original. Which now means I have to product and have to deal with acquiring my order! I had received confirmation of the change of shipping address but it still went to the original.

The Redwood paint that I ordered for my…

The Redwood paint that I ordered for my 2021 Specialized was a near perfect match and has repaired my damage really well. I ordered the undercoat with it and it also came with a gloss coat to finish, was a slight delay in despatch but when I enquired about it I was dealt with promptly and the reason for delay explained to me.

Zero customer service.

Ordered paint touchup on Dec17th. As of Jan 7th, the tracking shows the item has not left the Rotterdam post office. Multiple emails to Rotaris requesting additional information have gone unanswered. Maybe my product will show up, someday. In comparison I've had multiple orders for larger items from Germany at the same time. All have arrived within a week. Customer service is non existent.
