I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Rosewood Group Ltd. They completed my living room flooring, downstairs passage, stairs carpet, landing flooring, and upstairs passage all in one go and the results are absolutely fantastic.

What really stood out to me was their efficiency and professionalism. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and had everything finished by 12:30pm, which is incredibly impressive considering the amount of work involved. Despite working at such a great pace, the quality of the finish was not compromised at all everything looks neat, precise, and beautifully done.

I recently had new carpet installed in my home, and I’m really pleased with the result. The quality of the carpet feels excellent—soft, durable, and it has completely transformed the look and comfort of the space. The installation was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, especially around edges and corners. The Rosewood Team are a great group to work with. The team made moving into our first home a smooth experience.

I’ve used Rosewood a number of times, at numerous properties and all work carried out without issue. The latest work I asked them to commission was for an entire house, LVT downstairs including floor levelling, and carpet upstairs including stairs, all work was carried out without issue, the finishing was to a very high level, done on time and we’re overly happy with the work. Shocked to see the other good reviews here, we had a terrible experience with Rosewood Group when they installed new LVT flooring in April 2023.

The work was done so poorly that we're now - 6 months later - getting the entire floor replaced by a different installer.

The screed was not done properly, the floor was not glued down correctly. Planks started lifting almost immediately afterwards and the problem only got worse as time went on.

At the borders (the ones that weren't covered afterwards by skirting boards) the planks were cut so roughly, large uneven gaps were visible everywhere.

When I pointed out these problems I was repeatedly fobbed off and told they were normal.
