The midi dress I bought fits really nicely and looks elegant for dinners

Absolutely rubbish. Took ages to get here mentioning nothing about China (scam with London in the name)
I’m asking for a refund and free postage as they want 20/30 pound to send it back which is a pisstake as the product I got is 35.
They offer 10% refund blah blah no just give me a refund that I’m in titled to…
So avoid.

Picked up a hoodie recently and it has become my go-to for casual wear

I tried one of the puffer jackets and it kept me warm without feeling too heavy

The sneakers I ordered are super comfortable and go well with most outfits

Very slow shipping. When it eventually arrived, item was faulty, Rosemere asked for evidence, of which I supplied and they still refused to refund the item, only offering a 10% refund or 75% store credit. Given that they sent me a faulty item, very dissatisfied with the service. Won't be buying from them again.

I purchased a solar lantern for the garden, it arrived with a massive crack in it from top to bottom, along with the handles hanging off. The item was cheap and nasty and half the size as advertised. I requested a full refund, 5 days later they have offered me a refund of 30% of the cost and suggested I also regift the item…unbelievable!

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Do not go anywhere near this website or purchase any item. They send you the wrong item and then refuse to offer a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Awful experience. Brought some trousers, didn't look the same when they arrived. Tried to return them only to be told they'd give me a discount if I kept them...I asked for a refund and was then told I'd have to send them back...to China, despite the company being advertised as UK and Netherlands based. Spent the money (half the cost of the item) returning the item and received a refund, only for Chinese customs to reject the returned item and send it back to me...

Run far away from this company

Complete scam of a company. How do they get away with sending out rubbish that you have paid good money for. They will not refund you the full price back. You have to bargain with them for any amount of refund back. Always Pinterest that they are on

I ordered jacket xl didn’t even fit my son I ask for refund they said they will give me 20% of my money and I keep the jacket otherwise all the shipping expenses on me and they telling me I will spend more money on the shipping I ask them the 20% they said oh 30 days return policy has expired how’s this not a scam how they still working

Totally disgusted at what I received as a luxury Christmas garland in there sale for £24. What a load it cheap tat! I wish I could add pictures of the item it’s a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a puzzle from them 24th November. No contact until I asked for a refund as the item did not arrive in time for Christmas despite someone called ‘Mykee’ telling me they’d chase it up. Several irate emails needed before someone would deal with my refund. It still hadn’t arrived early January when they’d assured me early December it would come within 5-12 days.
I got so fed up of waiting I went in search of company details on government website. No phone number could ever be found to speak to a human. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE learn from my mistake and do not go anywhere near these cowboys.

AVOID THIS FIRM, THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM BEWARE THEY WILL MAKE IT HARD TO SEND BACK. THEY OFFER YOU 20% DISCOUNT TO KEEP A TRAINER THAT DOESNT FIT!!

I thought this was a London firm it took 11 days to come but they hadn’t put my house number on and blamed me for not giving them my full address. If I had known it was coming from china I would never have ordered from them. They only offered me 20% back as it costs so much to send back do not order from this company.

the product was nothing like what I received it was fake and the delivery took 2 weeks rhey never sent me my tracking so I couldn’t actually track my order.

The journey started on 2nd December and the misleading and deception started almost immediately. The dishonest and fake information on their website started with the words London and 2-3 days delivery and I was then fed a succession of lies, links to nowhere or to sites in foreign languages. As others have found the item which eventually arrived was not at all what had been photographed on the site or as described. I have been fobbed off almost daily for weeks. Eventually, an offer of refund was made, with the expectation that I pay for a return to China, using Track and Trace which they know will cost almost as much as the item. I would expect that even if I did this they would find excuses not to refund. The item is not fit for purpose and only fit for the bin. I cannot give this to my disabled daughter. I have set up a dispute with my bank but cannot rely upon this company to be honest or act with integrity or honour. Save yourselves many hours of stress and many weeks of delay and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute rubbish nothing like described cheap and nasty garland nothing like product in video, stay clear cheap rubbish from china better quality in £1 shop!

UPDATE I reported this to my bank and did a charge back for not selling goods as described and not giving instructions in English. I have just received a credit back on my debit card and the company will have to challenge this. Don’t think they’ve got a leg to stand on seeing as the top they sent me was orange peach and not brown plus there were no clear instructions for returns at astronomical cost to China. please report the more people that do this the more likelihood they will get shut down.

Scam. Company is registered in the Netherlands and it is not until you receive your shoddy goods that are absolutely nothing like they advertise on the website that they tell you returns are to China.!! I ordered a tan fleece coat (described as khaki) it has arrived and it is peach orange ! Huge expense to send back so you ask for a prepaid label which is refused. They offer you 20% off to keep it then 25% off to keep it. If anyone else has been scammed by them, please look up UKICC and report them there. They need to be shut down
