I can't say enough good things about Rosemary Doll. Once I ordered, they were in contact with me almost every day, helping me navigate through the various option configurations and making sure that everything was to my liking. Kept me up to date on the progress, and sent pictures for my approval before shipping. And, when something was missing they sent it the very next day! Great price, great service, total satisfaction.

Purchased Top Fire Doll Silicone Doll with Soft Skin and couldn't be more pleased. Very detailed and exceptional quality. That said, the service provided by the Customer Service Team, especially Sue, was beyond comparison. She was with me every step of the way.I don't think there is a better company out there.

I just purchased a doll from Rosemary doll. I have purchased dolls in the past as well. It was the Real-Lady line. Asian Sex Doll RL150 R11 Alara Natural.

Top of the line I must say!That is aside from this review. But anyone considering a doll for the first time, the Real-Lady quality can't be beat.

Anyway...My review is about the amazing customer service from Rosemary Doll...Sue in particular. I don't think I have ever had such attentive service from anyone, EVER! I'm a picky and skeptical person, so my needs were specific and detailed. I expressed worry constantly about what I was getting. When you buy a doll, that's it. No turning back.

I counted the email transactions between Sue and myself. Over 100!!! She was so patient and responsive to all my needs and concerns. Not once did she ignore an email. No matter how serious my concern was. Instant reply's. Well, 13 hours from each email, but that's due to the massive time change.

From helping me pick a doll that would fit my needs in terms of weight, body type etc, to coordinating with pictures and videos to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was constantly adding things I wanted and subtracting. I think I am the biggest pain the ass customer out there. Sue was so patient and always pleasant. She always had detailed messages that answered the exact question I had. You know how some customer support teams only give you half the answer when you spell it out clearly? Not with Sure. Bullet points on the equations I had with the answers.

So as you can see...I am very happy with the service from Sue. I feel so comfortable ordering my next doll from Rosemary Doll. Spending that kind of money requires some peace of mind.

The way you handled things when I reached out to you to give you my problems for that I am grateful

I ordered a product from Germany stock that was supposed to be sent to one of the Italian islands. I was assisted from the very beginning, with great care, every step of the way. Unfortunately, due to the terrible DHL service, the first shipment was lost, and after several attempts to recover the package, I decided to request a refund. RosemaryDoll immediately processed the refund, adding an additional $100 in recognition of the stress I'd experienced over the month-long search for the package. Shortly thereafter, the same doll model was reserved for me as soon as it arrived in Europe, and we repeated the order and shipping process. This time (with a different shipping company, not DHL, of course) it arrived in less than a week. The package arrived in excellent condition, and the product was perfect and intact. Even after shipping, Sue, the customer service representative who assisted me from the beginning, made sure everything was OK. As soon as I reported a small problem with eyelashes falling off, she immediately sent me the glue to fix it, at their expense. I'm very satisfied with their service; I was worried I'd be ripped off, but instead they've turned out to be one of the best sellers I've ever dealt with. My only complaint is that for European customers, direct customer service hours are during Chinese business hours, so you often have to wait 24 hours for a response. Sometimes I've had to push for a response, but it always arrives promptly. With a dedicated customer service team for European business hours, this seller would be perfect!!

The accessory that cleans and dries doesn't work. To me, it is the most important thing to clean well after play, but it doesn't work. Can I get my money back?

Note - heavy product. The taller your item, the more ready you should be to lift.

Like a lot of folks, I was worried it was a scam. It was not. Summer and Raven were my order handlers; they answered my questions thoughtfully and accurately with courtesy at all times. Once the order was confirmed, I got factory photos of my order to look over. A couple of weeks later, it was delivered as promised; No cheap imitations, no run around, no seconds.
