The bedding & pillows are amazing
The bedding & pillows are amazing. They are so comfortable that I sleep so much better now! I already ordered more as it’s all I want to put on my bed now! The shipping was very efficient and quick as well. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

They are a chinese company but the experience with them was amazing. The beauty and the quality of the products, it is a pleasure to go to bed every night with my new bed kit.Although, the most impressive is the customer care service post sale. I had questions before and after ordering it, all replied by them. And due my fault, I did a mistake choosing the wrong option in the form of one of my pieces when ordering and they gave me all attention with my issue, and also replaced my piece bought by mistake free of charge.

Incomplete order
I received the order that I made for a king size duvet, fitted sheet and pillow cases, and while the product itself was very nice, it was short the 2 additional pillow cases that I had ordered and paid for. While Roomie Design have said they will send the additional pillow cases, I have to pay another delivery fee for FedEx for an order that should have been complete initially.
It has been a very disappointing experience and I would expect that the dispatch of the products would be handled more carefully to ensure that the order was complete.
If Roomie Design offered some remuneration for their error, I would most likely buy again from them, but as they only provide an apology I will not be purchasing from them due to their lack of customer care.

I received the order that I made for a…Duvet cover set
I received the order that I made for a King size duvet cover, shams and a sheet.
However, as beautiful as it was, I had to return the item as it did not match!
In order to return it, It cost me over $170.00 Canadian to send it back to ITALY!!!
I felt this was extremely unfair! Had this not happened, I definitely would have made another order which was equally beautiful!
However, I have learned my lesson to only deal with items from Canada and the US.
If however, Roomie would refund my order to mail it back, I would definitely order a beautiful 7 piece Duvet cover set.

As indicated on the home page and on the product pages, all pre-orders start shipping after February 18, 2021. Your order has shipped. We have responded to your email sent on February 26, 2021.
