Roofshield Solutions Ltd

I have had the roof and the hanging tiles front and back treated. The service I have received has been exemplary from initial contact to final completion All members of staff who have been here, but mostly Luke, have been polite and very professional. The only problems there have been have been with the weather and no one can be blamed for that.

We were concerned initially about how good the company was, never actually seeing any actual examples of the work first hand. However our fears were soon dismissed as the process began. The scaffolding was put up on time and the technician was always punctual. He was extremely hardworking, always polite and helpful and was focused on doing an excellent job. We were very pleased with the work and our roof now looks great. Thank you very much Roofshield and especially Jason.

Both came and did exactly as requested .They were very polite and efficient in all the works required.I would thoroughly recommend them for any future roof works.

Despite torrential rain the operatives cleaned the moss and dirt from our roof. The inevitable dirt was swept and taken away leaving everything clean and tidy.
The final coating has left a new looking roof.
No more climbing to clean the moss from the spouting.

excellent job but techncians need to learn how to clean windows.

clean, tidy and polite staff from start to completion.Very professional

Very professional job excellent workmanship. Cleaned up brilliantly

Work was proffessionally done. Nice workers polite and friendly. Left every thing spotless. Looks great.

We were a bit startled when the moss and water came cascading off the roof but by mid afternoon the clearing up began and we breathed a big sigh of relief as all the doo.rs and windows were washed clean and the chaps were ready to head home!

Roofshield did a first class job on my roof they were quick and efficient and now my house looks really good

Although the end product appears to be good, it's a very expensive system.
What the sales guy says will happen regarding protection of the property, cleaning up etc did not really happen in our situation.
Many phone calls and discussions with the company regarding how the property was left when the operatives had left our property had to be made.
Disappointing from a company trying to set up a new office in our area.

We have now had further discussions with the company and explained additional problems that we experienced. For the price paid this is a very poor experience.

My roof looks a lot better than it did before. The work was done quickly and the considerable mess after the initial work was cleared up very well. The men were polite and friendly and my only quibble was that they arrived to do the final work without an appointment having been made with me. Also, it is hard to judge if the expense is worthwhile.

Delighted with works carried out. Excellent results, courteous workers.

Very happy with the work done although could clean up the Moss from the roof more throughly other then that would highly recommend

five stars at the moment only just had the job done. hopefully it will still be five stars in ten years time.

Good workmen did a thorough job. All the moss was removed from the roof. Heavy rain immediately after the coating was applied did remove some of the coating but this was promptly remedied by two more workmen who applied more coating in better weather. Now we have a smart roof, the envy of all our neighbours!

Dave Whawell. From start to finish a very professional job done. There were no hidden surprises what was quoted we received.Kevin and his crew were polite, friendly and efficient at what they did.No mess was left and we could not be more satisfied with the end result.

its a lot of work & a lot of mess of course, to be expected as my house was built i 1970 so the roof was filled with moss falling off every day.but now looks like a new roof am very pleased with the result.

Installers were on time and well organised. Both very polite and friendly.
Jobs done efficiently with the various stages explained.

The installers were on time, polite, carefull and speedy. They did a very good job and left our property clean and tidy. We are exceedingly pleased with the results. All the staff we dealt with at Roofshield were kind, polite and helpful
