I ordered 2 nice Christmas shirts. After some small problems with the payment, I then received the shirts without any problems. The customer service was very helpfull. The shirts were delivered after 10 days. Nice quality !

Great customer service for different size
I ordered 4 shirts but in the first two I received were to large.
After sending an email I received a quick response with the offer to change the size of all 4 ordered shirts (when I would like this). Great service, saves a second switch due to wrong size.

Eventhough the shop is German, products are shipped directly from China, obviously this is a scam.
I have been waiting more than 2 weeks now to recieve my order.

Excellent Shirts, Great Customer Service
I ordered a ridiculously brightly patterned shirt for my office Xmas Bash from these lovely folks; when it arrived, it proved to be of superb quality and exactly as advertised. There was one problem - it was too small, and this was entirely my fault; I'd obviously gained more weight than I thought I had, ahem, and over-optimistically ordered the wrong size.
When I mentioned this in an email to their customer service, tentatively asking if I could return it and have the next size up, they offered to send the correct size for free. I was very very touched with this offer, which exemplifies the sort of customer service we always want but rarely get!
I've used these guys before (for - yes! - another outlandish Xmas shirt!) and the quality is excellent. However, their outstanding customer service has been the icing on the cake and means that I will happily continue to buy from them. In fact I think I'll start collecting loud Xmas shirts ...

Credit for response to claim.
Due to a serious delay, and lack of response/updates I sent a claim to Ronain. They have now made a complete refund, and offered to let me keep the 2 shirts when/if they eventually should arrive.
One thing that I will suggest for Ronain is, that you on the website clearly show the origin of the shirts. In my opinion this is a very impotant information.

China delivery! Not Germany...
Didn't receive my order yet but it's shows it's coming from China and not directly from Germany as I thought it would... I live in The Netherlands. Order is taking long and as its from China I wondering how the size will be.
Low score because they make you think it's from Germany and delivery time.
