I ordered some Advent calendars, and they are just wonderful. So beautiful, colourful and artistic. I ordered six of them, and will be giving them as Christmas gifts to friends and family at the end of November later this year. I myself have a Roger La Borde advent calendar and love it!

One small suggestion I have to improve the ordering experience is the following: After I placed the order, I receive an email confirmation, stating: “We are preparing your order for shipment. The shipping company is DHL.” Usually, a company will send a follow up email, indicating that the item has now been shipped. However, I didn’t receive such a message, instead I began to get a series of text messages and emails from DHL about the shipment. All of this would be fine, however, I get a lot of spam text and email messages that claim to be from DHL, UPS or Purolator. And so, I wasn’t sure if I should believe the DHL messages I was getting, especially since the tracking # they gave was not the order # in my message from Robert La Borde. Also, the DHL shipment was coming from “ReadyatHand” (guess the distributor?), thereby adding further confusion to whether these messages were authentic or a hoax. In the end, they were indeed authentic, but that one missing message from Roger La Border to say, “Your items have shipped and here is your DHL tracking number and the shipper is ReadyatHand” would have made all the difference.
Otherwise, a great experience!

As a return customer welcomed new laser cut designs but would have liked more choice.

I loved the illustrated journals I received. The quality of them is outstanding and they are so pretty and unusual. Also very fast delivery.
I had previously bought 3 of their Advent calendars from another source and was so impressed I researched the company . Even more delighted that they are a well established company based in London.
Will definitely be back for more and telling my friends.

I received a pop out and construct reindeer from my sister at Christmas. I thought it was lovely and unique and I'd never had anything like it before. It was well made and can be reused. I liked it so much that during the sale I bought various ones available. I am a bit of a savvy shopper and like a bargain ,so I will be giving mine to others next Christmas.

Beautiful 3D advent calendars. These are my for family after buying myself one for Christmas. Easy to order. Delivered well packaged.

My family has an annual contest for the best advent calendar, and my Roger la Borde 3D tree house blew the competition out of the water! It was so beautiful, and fun to complete. Incredibly creative. The most festive celebration of Advent ever!

This is the first time I'd ever seen your advent calendars (on sale at Towner gallery in Eastbourne). I bought a few. I tried to order more but not available there but I noted you are also online. I therefore bought several AND they arrived quickly and weren't excessive postage etc. I have initiated them for Xmas gifts to friends but also now bought just for me!!I I particularly like the emphasis on animals , rather than religion. Have never seen before in this way and already advising people to buy them!

Quick delivery. 3D models are great, but stickers I thought rather expensive

Inspirational, joyful advent calendars and impressively quick delivery - I wasn't sure they would make it in time as ordered quite late, but they did, which felt intentional. Even if it wasn't!

I bought The Night Before Christmas advent calendar from a National Trust shop. It ended up in the bin because it is impossible to erect. The slots for the tabs are not big enough and it is impossible to adjust them with fingernails, knives or scissors without damaging them. Made in China. Very poor quality.

Delivered on time, well packaged and a beautiful product

I purchased a 3D pop-and-slot advent calendar as a gift for someone, however house pieces do not fit properly at all. Impossible to build without cutting the house slots to fit. Artwork and overall concept is nice, but very poor execution. Do not recommend.
