Appreciate The customer
Spent a bit with you, but found the service and attention to detail in store a little disappointing tbh. Felt processed, as opposed to appreciated.
Online service is great.
Botany crew excellent.
Competitor customer focus has been better.

Awesome analytical headphones
Rockshop are great simply for the fact they stocked these headphones.
I love these BEYERDYNAMIC DT 900 PRO X headphones. I wanted to up my portable audio game. I have some Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones, but I wanted something analytical. This is what these are.
The fact that they’re open back expands the soundstage. This can be a problem if you want to block out sounds, but I have the Sonys for that.
I’ll soon compliment them with the Chord Mojo 2 DAC/headphone amp and life will be sweet.
There are other headphones such as the Sennheiser HD650, but I think with either set your getting an awesome headphone.
I opted for the Beyerdynamics as everything looked easily replaceable: headband, ear pads, headphone lead.
No regrets.
Rockshop rocks.
Easy to get to, with parking. Very helpful staff. A great range of gear and excellent guidance about what suits best. Highly recommended, with thanks.
The lady that served me was really good…
The lady that served me was really good and helpful I guess she was just doing her job I’m not sure how much musical knowledge she had? I brought the amp that was recommended to me from the RockShop in silvea park Mt Wellington now they know what they are talking about I told them what I needed but unfortunately I had to travel to Manukau because they had sold out. A couple of weeks later I had saved up enough for a foot switch and tried to ring the Manakau store to see if they had it in stock but it kept ringing and then telling me the store was busy so after 10 or more phone calls I decided to drive 30km as that was the closest store to me, once I got there at 2pm the sign on the door said sorry gone to lunch come back at 2:30pm so after walking in circles for 30mins I went back just to hear the phone ringing and the guy not answering it and to be told no they don’t have it stock and it would be faster if I just ordered it online, so if he had of just answered the phone in morning when I tried to ring I would of saved a lot of time. Anyway I ended up buying the $140 footswitch from Trade me for $30,
so I had some sort of a win in the end.

Great shop and staff
Great shop and staff! I've bought a bass online (Hornby store) and picked it up at Auckland Central store and all the process was easy and smooth. The bass wasn't properly set up and had to be adjusted at home, otherwise I'd give a 5 star.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Good communication
Good communication prior to coming to the shop to try an amplifier that was brought in for me.
Amazing service
Amazing service, grate communication, musicians approach and understanding! Thank you!
Part was in stock at a fair price
