Getting to a person on the phone is almost impossible. You get sent in continuous circles round and round. You ask for an agent and then it doesn't give you one but tells you go online but the reason for calling is they sent something online that is broken. This has happened several times to me. One you reach a person, if you can reach a person, it seems decent but getting there is almost the worst of any company I have ever called.

The agents I dealt with were kind, professional and compassionate.

I had the best refinance experience once I realized it wasn’t a scam. Tyler was very diligent about making me feel comfortable I appreciated that. He kept me well informed and if I ever needed help he was there for me and gave me answers or phone numbers to reach who I needed to talk to. Thank you for the experience

The service from application, to follow through, document upload, ease of use and tracking. Each step of the way there were updates and progress checks.

When the need arose, I considered a couple of companies. I made the right choice. From first contact to closing, this has been a fast and easy process. I dreaded the thought of having to start a new loan application. Zane made this process easy for me. He was excellent at obtaining the needed information without having me jump through hoops. I always knew what I needed to do and when. His very responsive attitude to all of my questions or comments was appreciated. My only suggestion would be under the "closing" category. The closing attorney's office needs better communication skills with their attorneys.

Easy to use and very quick to get to closing.

Very easy to work with, worked around my schedule, closings on Saturday, explained everything so it was easy to understand. The only negative that I can think of is, it would have been easier for us if Rocket Mortgage had sent out the checks. Having a bit of a time gathering all of the info for one of the loan payoffs.

Amazing levels of incompetence. They managed to lose $226K from my insurance company after my house burned down. So not only did I lose my property I was expected to keep paying the mortgage after I had a check mailed to pay it off. Then at the end of the call they told me I qualified for additional opportunities! How tone deaf can you be. No wonder AI is going to replace all these nitwits. It couldn't possibly get worse. Avoid at all costs of possible. The only reason I had to work with them is they acquired the last mortgage lender I was with. Worst day of my life

Paid off my loan with Rocket Mortgage. They took the $33,989.02 out of the wrong bank account. They then had me wire another $33,989.02 to them. They told me I would receive a check for the overpayment of $33,989.02 in two weeks. It has been five weeks now and still no check! The service department is absolutely horrible. You cannot get a live person on the phone unless you pretend to want a new loan. Then they transfer you to customer service who says that they can't contact the disbursement department and I just have to wait for the check to show up in the mail. I am going to see an attorney tomorrow to take them to court. What a waste of time, money, and not to mention the stress of it all. Don't do business with Rocket Mortgage!

My agent, Blake Biddinger. After speaking with him more than a year ago and then coming back to him when we were finally ready. This gentleman saw us through our closing and answered so many questions, so many questions, goodness!. By the end, I felt like I not only had a lender, but that I had made a friend as well. We will recommend Blake and Rocket to anyone we know needing a lender. I am so glad he was my lender. I have may have not made it through to the close without his steadiness at keeping all the moving parts on track and heading in the right direction.

This is my 5th loan with rocket mortgage because they always had wonderful service but this last time will be the LAST time! There was points added without discussion with me. There was release of some of my information without my consent. I had a great supervisor who cleared this all up for me and did a great job so I completed the loan I escrowed out my taxes and insurance at my closing six weeks ago so imagine my surprise when I receive two emails stating both my insurance policies were never paid and now have cancellation fees. I called Rocket Mortgage insurance department was told that they’ll send payment out today. It’ll take two days and I have to pay the late fee fees! They write back the insurance policy number, which was wrong! Now they don’t know where my money is by escrow is -$600 and I’m no closer to figuring this out.

All went smooth no hiccup I think interest rate is a little high but not bad

The Refinance Application Process Was Seamless from Start to Finish. Love the step-by-step with instructions sent via email and text of required tasks, letting me know that my documents were received, and those friendly reminders that kept the application on track when I fell off the grid due to life getting in the way. The Customer Service Representatives were exceptional and when I had questions and/or concerns, getting an immediate response was on point. The user-friendly, informative website is awesome!

Rocket Mortgage was very helpful and provided all the information that we needed.
