Good quality robes, these have been received very well as gifts and compliments given for same. The product and the finishing touches, such as personal initials, presentation with the gift card & presentation box gives it a special finish. I would definitely recommend buying these for a gift.

I ordered a christening shawl and candle for my baby, it came the very next day, I absolutely love them, beautiful quality.
I will definitely order from this site again the customer service was excellent.

I ordered four personalised robes for my nieces and nephews for Christmas they arrived in two days as promised such good quality in the fabric and great service. They was well also I have one and so do my two daughters a great present for anyone to receive they are super cosy

Perfect form start to finish. Made an order with this company as another company let me down last minute. Emma ensured my parcel was sent out in the time I needed it and everything was exactly how I wanted it! Thank you so much. Amazing customer service!

Edit in response to owners comments: the company only replied to me once I’d left a negative review asking me to amend it. They ignored my message asking why I had to pay or loose out. If you took the time to reply and share why payment is necessary, we wouldn’t be in this situation. I was told explicitly if I didn’t pay a deposit by 1pm the next day, they would pass this onto to someone else, not that payment is helpful for locking in current prices. It puts unnecessary pressure on people to pay you or miss out, and that really isn’t fair on your customers.

Exact same scenario as a review on here in July. Now in October ‘24, entered a ‘competition’ for a bridesmaid box and got told I was 1 of 10 ‘lucky brides’ and the ‘competition’ was actually an offer of free slippers and a champagne flute with each £30 robe purchased.

I then got a follow up message 4 days later saying I will have until 1pm the next day to pay £30 or it will be passed on my to another bride as she had over 500 entries in the last 24 hours (4 days after I ‘won’) Why are you pressuring your winners to pay so soon? Definitely a way to try and pressure people to spend £30 to secure more orders.

I am very happy with my robes, slippers, flutes, and hangers that I recently ordered for myself and my bridesmaids. Emma was extremely helpful with my order and went the extra mile to make it super special. Would definitely recommend!

The customer service is second to none. The quality of the products is 5 stars. The quick and swift delivery and communication throughout the process with Emma has been outstanding.
Ive had a christening blanket personalised for my first baby to which I sent back and had personalised details added for the
second baby and everything is just exactly as I asked for.
Would definitely recommend this company to everyone and give 10 stars if I could.

I purchased two girls robes from the website. There is a ten percent discount code for new customers. The delivery charge was around six euro. It is next day delivery which is excellent.
The robes are great quality. I highly recommend this company.

Entered a competition to win bridesmaid boxes. Got an email and text back saying I’m one of the lucky winners. But you don’t actually win anything. It just says if you buy a robe, you win a glass and some slippers free??? that’s not a prize- it’s an offer. And then they’ve repeatedly sent texts pestering me that if I don’t order or place down a deposit (begging for a deposit is very strange to me) then they will pass it on to one of the other ‘lucky’ winners and quoted out how many entries they had and how lucky I am. 

Seems like a very dishonest practice and a scam. Begging for a deposit if you can’t pay now is so weird, this is a purchasing site. Deposits are used for services- not to purchase a robe??

I fell for the pressure after seeing the beautiful robes on the website. I sent an email to first ask if the exact robe (and named it in full) I wanted could be embroidered- as the price was very expensive. I had a reply back from Emma who said yes it can be and that any robe can be. But then I placed my order and had an email first saying we will dispatch in 1-2 days. Then a week after this had another email saying we don’t embroidery the robe you ordered!? Bare in mind it was the same lady who sent the initial email. Then they said the free flute would be laser engraved. However it’s now arrived and it’s not- it’s vinyl printed.

Such a shame as could be said to be mis-selling here

Ordered a footprint picture frame. It arrived and was different from picture. Contacted them and they stated some products were different from pictures and this was stated in terms and conditions. This was not clearly stated in product description. The product quality was poor. Asked could I return and they said I could but I'd have to pay for postage and would not receive a refund. The cost of the postage would be at least 18 euro I paid 25 euro for the product so it wasn't worth returning. Disappointing and would no recommend company

Ordered confirmation pjs on sunday evening and needed them for Thursday so on Monday i emailed the company to ask if there was any chance i would have them by Thursday. Emma emailed me back and told me she would put urgent delivery. I had them on Tuesday morning. Absolutely fantastic service. Beautifully gift wrapped and the pjs are excatly what i ordered. Absolutely over the moon with them and will 100% be ordering again and will recommend to everyone. Fantastic service

The robe I ordered was perfect, but what I loved the most was the communication with Emma throughout the whole process. Top Notch service that I will definitely recommend to all of my friends who are planning a wedding.

I ordered an 2 pairs of communion pjs for boys which when ordered said I’d have them in 1-2 days , order them on the 5th of may needed them for the 19th , I never received them I had numerous calls txts and email going on for over a wk , on the 15th of may I was told they had been delivered , but I never received them I was told by Emma that once fast ways had the parcel even if it wasn’t delivered to the right address that there nothing she could do as fast ways are responsible ,very disappointing and let down would never recommend these, quick enough to take payment but not quick enough to solve problems . So I’ve no pjs and no refund no reply bk from Emma about what fast ways issue was

I ordered the personalised cotton long pjs as a birthday pressie. PJs are divine, super quality and initials came out brilliant. Packaging is also stunning.

The red satin is absolutely stunning and very Christmas vibes for my December wedding! ❤️ The detail is amazing I’m over the moon can’t wait to give these to the girls and for us all to wear them the morning of my wedding!!

I bought robes, champagne flutes and slippers for my bridal party. They all arrived within the week packaged in beautiful boxes with ribbons.
