I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NOÄ Jewelry.
I purchased the Countess Bracelet at the end of April because it was advertised as waterproof and designed for everyday wear. After only 3 weeks, the bracelet had already begun to tarnish significantly. I took care of the bracelet and did not even wear it in the water, and I expected much better quality given the claims made on the website.
What has been even more frustrating is the customer service experience. When I contacted the company, I received an automated response promising a reply within 24 hours. That timeframe passed without any meaningful follow-up or assistance. I sent a follow-up email and received the same automated response, but still did not receive any actual help or response from a representative. Despite making multiple attempts to contact customer service, my inquiries went unanswered. As a customer, it is disappointing to be left waiting while trying to resolve an issue with a product that has not performed as advertised.
The bracelet tarnished within just a few weeks despite being advertised as waterproof and durable. Combined with the lack of responsive customer service and multiple unanswered attempts to seek assistance, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.
Very disappointed with my experience. The quality of the jewelry did not meet my expectations, and after receiving part of my order, I requested that the remaining pre-order items be canceled. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, communication was extremely difficult and responses were limited. I am still trying to resolve the issue and obtain a refund for the unshipped items. Based on my experience, customer service and communication need significant improvement.
