This is the worst company I’ve every dealt with. They’re using other people pictures and sending something else. The quality of material is very poor. Nothing like what the picture shows. These people will give you the run around if you try to return your items. Not sure how they’re in business.

I WAS SKEPTICAL TO ORDER FROM ROASO AFTER READING THE REVIEWS. IT'S ALWAYS GOOD TO MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION AND NOT GO OFF OF SOMEONE ELSE'S SITUATION BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW THE WHOLE STORY. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM ROASO. I LOVE ROASO MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE. I RECEIVED MY JUMPSUIT IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE MATERIAL IS SOFT AND FITS GREAT. GREAT JOB ROASO. I WILL ORDER AGAIN!!

They took my money an i never received item..they are a scam

The one piece I ordered was made so poorly that their is a air pocket in the crotch area as if a chick with a XICK should be wearing it.

I've ordered 4 times and paid the extra 10 for 3-7 shipping. My arrived quick... I had a $60 first then a $500...

I ordered 7 items totaling 174 and each item made it to me in quality condition. It was shipped on April 12, 2018 and I received them May 1,2018. I was very nervous after reading reviews and contacted them. They were very prompt on responding to my request! I am pleased with my items! I don’t know why some people don’t get their items but I did!

i am giving 1 star so this can open up for me to write. i should hv read reviews of customers before i patronised these fraudsters . i mailed to cancel my order a few minutes after placing it but i was told it had been shipped immediately and there was nothing they could do. so they mailed a different looking order entirely and looking like a total mess and not my size. i mailed that i needed to return , there has not been any reply till now. please do not patronize them. But i want to tell you that i still hv your mess wt me and will mail to you. You must return my money.

Received my package today after almost waiting a month and to my surprise the outfit looked like my 2 yr old sewed it. Looked beautiful when it popped up on my fb but this is a lesson learned

Don't order from this company. Please read all reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 bathing suits. I wanted to cancel one within 5 mins after I placed order. I was told it already has been shipped. That's unfair ....they can take that money and shove up their asses.

Do not waste your time are money on this site. I ordered some eyewear sunglasses that I saw on the site and when I received them they where not the exact same pair of sunglasses I order. I was very disappointed so I contacted them through email to let them know the problem and that I wanted a refund because it was false advertisement and cheap looking in a broke zipper eyewear case. The customer service was bad. They where more concerned about how much it was going to cost ME to send them back. I let them know for sure money is no issue with me. It’s about customer satisfaction and standing behind what you put on your web site. So 1 star from me and I won’t be ordering from this site again.

I ordered a beautiful black turtleneck sequins dress for my birthday. The dress has arrived and the design is a look alike to the dress I actually ordered. They are remaking the dresses to look like the dress in the picture but be clear it is not the same dress that you will receive.

If I could rate it ZERO stars I would!!! I purchased a champion jumpsuit from there. I paid rush processing, so it came in fairly quickly. I ordered a large, but I received a large that was larger than life! So, with it being so large, the writing down the pants leg was not proportionate at all.. barely visible if you ask me. & to top it all off.. the writing on the sleeve, which was supposed to say “champion” said “hampion”. When I emailed them, they insisted that the item was not defective & kept offering me coupons & a refund of $3 & then $5.. which is not even half of what I paid. Then told me there were 2 different versions of the jumpsuit. Then why was I sent this version and not the one I saw on the website. So, I have filed a dispute with PayPal & currently waiting for their decision.

Oh and the reviews on their site are fake & lies. On the site it says they have a 30 day return policy but don’t honor it. They are full of lies, & have bad understanding. Worst customer service ever. Please DO NOT waste your money.

I am going be straight honest.. The site has some great looking Merc buttttt it taken me forever to get my dress. Once I got my dress iy didnt look like what I seen on the site.. ok somewhat understanding to some point. My two issues is the material and the size correction. I ask for a XL you gave me a L.. really i feel like reselling my dress waste of money for me and cheap material.

I purchased a item for an event in enough time to try it on, you came to me quicker than I thought I'd like that, but was disappointed after I received it, it said 1 size fit all, the bottom was perfect but the top was too small, emailed them I've been going back and forth with someone name Orion.... he tells me about a size chart if it said 1 size fit all, it didn't give me an opportunity to pick my size... I've emailed again asking if I could get the top in a XL? And I mentioned in a email before addressing the size, what can you do to correct the problem. He continued with the chart that's on there, but still you can't pick what size you want to purchase because again it says 1 size fit all!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Purchased a dress for work from this site. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Not only was it way too large (on all 8 of the girls who purchased them, multiple sizes). Finding this out I had emailed to have the order cancelled before it shipped, they shipped it anyway. Now they are telling me it can cost $60 to have it returned and then a refund issued. Whats the point. The dress wasnt that much, but I do not have that kind of money to waste. I am disgusted with this company and their lack of customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received it. The tracking number and information they provided never changes, it always say, "in transit from China" I continued to email their site asking for an update on my order or if there isn't an update, could they just refund me my money. They finally responded via email stating, "I should have paid for express shipping, but if I have not received my package within THREE MONTHS they will refund me my money." I love to support people businesses, but this is one business I will never support again! And I suggest whoever is or was considering placing an order DO NOT i repeat DO NOT waste your money ordering from this website!

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. Also horrible customer service. According to tracking website, my order's been in transit, coming from China to Canada for 20 freaking days. I never knew flights between China and Canada took so long! And customer service keep telling me to wait 'a few more days' which cracks me up every time because, like, how many is a few?? right? Waste of money and time!

Roaso surpassed my expectations, I placed an order for a gown for my best friend and it came in faster than I expected with the gown still intact and beautiful...thank you roaso
