I have been trying to get my money back and there is no way . I'm so pissed off its definitely a scam

Everything arrived on time and was a perfect fit😊

I’ve ordered from them twice. It took about 3 weeks to get my items both times which should be expected with customs. But, my items were always correct and true to fit. You can get tracking information if you log in on the site. I’d recommend if you’re ordering for a trip that you order a month and a half in advance to be on the safe side. I was happy.

Took roughly 4 weeks to receive my order but good material true to size. Love the outfit

a terrible service, they never tell you anything, my package had to be delivered express and I arrived late and on top of that, you say DHL stole my package because they supposedly said they left the package at my door and never told me, my husband was at home and I did not see anything outside and I write to customer service and they do not know how to tell you anything, they do not help you verify the situation, fix them as you can. it is assumed that until I have my package in hand they have not yet finished providing the service, DHL is a way they use to provide their service and it is a disaster, what a disappointment

Will never shop online here again I’m and not only disgusted with the service but the dresses look nothing like the pictures clothes have bad smell and they are scamming people out of there money do not shop online here they won’t let me retire my dresses they want me to pay to ship it back and then they only want to give me 20$ of my money back I spent 65$ and had to wait 2 weeks for my dresses for them to look nothing like what I order not even the right color! Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

As soon as I read these reviews ,I tried to cancel my order and all of a sudden its shipped out and it's too late. What a coincidence. I think not! Now this Vicki person does not want to respond. Very sketchy but you better believe I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND EXPOSING THIS COMPANY . One of the worst things is that it is advertised on social media like Instagram, so you try it and think maybe it's a trustworthy site and business but it isnt. So sad.

I purchased 4 items only received 3 arrive on time but the clothing cheap material old rag terrible don't buy from them I think they using someone else's review to sell them old rag Facebook and Google must put a end to all the online clothing scammer.

My name is sunshine and I bought 3 items (two bikinis and a mini dress) on the site and they arrived in 20 days, every time I bought products from countries far from Brazil, I took about 6 months to receive them and the products did not have a good quality.
Roaso's products are good overall, it has a great quality (with the exception of the mini dress that had a not so good material). Before buying I always look at the product ratings. The products came fully packaged and with a pouch for each product.
I just loved it and will buy more products!

SCAM !The company does not even deserve the 1 star rating. First, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM THAT IS PICTURED IN THE COMPANYS PHOTOS . They take photos from others and then attempt to duplicate the item using cheap fabrics . The size guide should read “ you’ll be lucky if it fits” . My little sister could barely fit the clothing I purchased. My little sister is 14 I’m 28 . Oh by the way, you’ll have to spend $30-70 to ship the items back to China even though they shipped from California. You’ll be offered a 15% discount or a $5 refund to keep it . Yeah even if you spend $100+ . PayPal almost let them get away with it . You’ll really have to fight for your money back . Thank god I did and didn’t even have to return the items . I needed some new dust and cleaning rags so they’ll be put to use . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE SELLER! They are unethical and should be put out of business,

The easiest thing in this whole process was them taking my money.
Typically "reputable" companies inform you each time your package status is updated along the way.
For instance, order processed; order shipped; expected delivery date... So on.
I ordered this crap on October 6th and as of today- October 17th, have no idea where my things are.
I've received absolutely no courtesy updates from this "business" (term used loosely). And when I emailed for a status, I was told to check the policy. Huge red flag.

I ordered 1 dress almost a month ago and I still haven’t received it. They keep saying it’s on the way but i doubt it. They don’t want to talk about returning my money. I definitely wouldn’t order from them! Keep your money and shop elsewhere

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. The return policy is bogus! I have been requesting a return address for 1 week and I was told to sell the items to a family member..... YES YOU ARE READING THAT CORRECTLY. The material is so poorly made it looks like plastic! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY. Customer service will give you the run around and lie, I was told it would cost me 60.00 to return. I am disputing the charge with PayPal and they can fight with them.

I ordered $200 worth of merchandise following the sizing chart and only a few items I was able to keep $160 of it needed to be returned and I only received $10 refund with a 15% discount that I will never use.

These people are liars, scammers, thieves, and the list goes on and on to include blind as well!! The clothes could fit a child, a small child at that. The clothes ARE NOT the material represented in the pictures( mostly rayon) and the sizing is off. WAY off. These are Chinese sizes BEWARE of purchasing from this company, as VICKI, the automated customer service computer rep will advise you to SELL the clothes YOU just purchased to your family members. Or keep them, and she'll give you a discount. Or she'll tell you shipping is 100 dollars as a deterrent, anything to avoid a refund. They even tell you they will give you a refund IF you agree to lie and give them a good review. But whatever you do PLEASE don't return them to the return address on the package in China!! Well I did just that! And then contacted PayPal. Buyer beware. If its too good to be true, its from China😊
