No support after sale ?
Relatively good information from eu office before sale. Delivery very fast after payment.
EU After sales service is a bit disappointing : no any answer to different emails technical information requested which is not foreseen in the faqs.
This is not a cheap product and the minimum should at least reply (spam folder has been checked). Despite that I remain a fan of the product.

I like product. It is quality made and very good developed. Roadlock shipped my parcel same day, but shipping was quie slow and tracking was bad.
For the installation It would be so much easier if there were specific instructions for most popular models of motorcycles. It was no easy, I hat to use trial and error .method.. Othervise 5 stars!!!

Nice product but room for improvement
Nice product, but installation manual was not up to date. In the manual there was referred to a table which wasn’t there. No problem for me but this could be improved.
Also with registration of the product it wasn’t clear where I could find the serial number.
And after registration I didn’t receive a confirmation.

Very nice lock.
Very nice lock.
It fits perfectly on my Moto Guzzi V85TT. Very simple to install. Very easy to use everytime. One extra layer of security is allways good.
I only wish that the spacers were painted black, like the Roadlok, instead of bare metal. That would look much nicer on my bike.

I was trying to go through the FAQ section of the Roadlok site, and the chatbot popped up for help. When I messaged my question, Taco, the owner of Roadlok responded quickly and guided me to the solution for the issue I had faced. This was on a Saturday morning - pleasantly and positively surprised at the availability and helpfulness of the customer service personnel (because I was not sure if someone would be available at early hours on a Saturday).
