New Bike Purchase
Bought a new Giant Defy online from RM Cycles. Got a very good bike at a very good price. The bike came very well packaged in the Giant box and minimal amount of assembly was required.
I had to contact them with a query before it was delivered and they replied very swiftly the same day.
I stay in Scotland and have never used them before but after this bike purchase I would highly recommend them.

A great end to end service
I ordered my bike online but the payment failed a few times. I called RM Cycles and they were able to advise on where I was going wrong, it was a very minor difference in the address entered that was causing the payment failure. I also had a few further questions regarding the bike following purchase, all of these questions were promptly answered.
The delivery of the bike was free and the bike was very well packed and protected against courier handling.

Bike was a great price and delivered quick. Packaging was superb with manageable self assembly. When I phoned with a couple of questions about the bike, they were friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased all round.

First time using RM cycles
First time using RM cycles. Having seen the bike I was looking for a competitive price I rang the store to confirm it was in stock and confirmed the correct size for my build from very helpful staff. I ordered the bike on line and received it 3 working days later with free delivery. The bike was expertly packed, just had to mount the bars and front wheel. The electronic gears needed no correction, tyres were at correct pressure and all torque settings correct. All in all a really good purchasing experience. Well done.

RM Cycles were a pleasure to deal with. I bought my bike over the web at a great price. But due to the fraud protection from my credit card company I had to speak to several of the guys at RM, all off whom were really helpful. They even held my order for me until I got the flag lifted on my credit card. I was also on holiday when I ordered it and RM helpfully delayed dispatching the bike until the day I returned. Delivery was quick and the bike was easy to get ready for the road. There was also a really nice handwritten cover note from one of the RM guys too which was a really nice personal touch. I'd definitely recommend RM Cycle.

Hi Caroline. I think there may have been a mis-understanding somewhere here. We don' send out physical/ Paper gift vouchers. The gidt voucher is actually the code that is on your e-receipt that was automatically emailed to when when the order was porcessed. I have re-sent the email with the code on it. THis can be redeemed onbline or in the shop, all you need is the code. Please do call if you have any more questions.
