Full on rip off site..allot of recalibrating and screen freeze on slots..they scam you on baccarat take your money and you have to ask for it back and won't give you winning money fucn bull rip off mfs

I was using the site, as per usual. Nothing unusual was going on. Then I got this message (after placing a bet on the blackjack table) I got an error saying “please refresh the page” so I did so, as instructed. The site took my money and no hand was delt to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this site. I contacted support but in order to get this money back I would have to get their technical team to have a look at the issue. Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered with the whole process. I’ll never use this site again.

I'm level 375...and I feel like someone flipped the switch on my winnings. Few month without any significant win or just decent... But THE FASTEST WITHDRAWAL ON THE MARKET. 1HOUR AND 30 MIN it's in my bank account. and YOU CAN LOCK YOUR WITHDRAW. so you cannot cancel it while pending.

Risk was my absolute favourite online casino. Naturally I debated there outragous decision 2 no end and demanded a reason for my expulsion friviously explaining time and time again that I always kept my account verified and would/could gratefully give them any more information they desired in order 2 get whatever issue they had resolved but NO. with absolutly no justification from them and 2 absolutly no fault of my own I am blocked and blacklisted from all other Malta bassed sites without a clue in the world why. I didn't and still don't understand how they can get away with this and its actually given me quite a complex az 2 why I was so bad all ov a sudden they they had 2 rid them selves of me in such a fashion. I am genuinely disturbed by this whole experience it still makes me so mad not knowing y I was descriminated against 2 the point where i sit up late at nite like this plotting cunning ways 2 ruin them- fully awear of how unhealthy it is but what can I say they got under my skin. The site offers a 100% bonus and 100 free spins on first deposit. You click deposit from within the advert. I did not receive any bonus and was advised by their support that uk players do not qualify. I was referred to their t's and c's. It is very misleading.

Most ridiculous website I have ever been on. Customer support is a joke. They don't accept any sort of verification documents. I sent pictures of my card multiple times with 4 digits covered at the front and cvc covered at the back, I sent a bank statement which all were rejected. Pretty fishy when I sent documents to other websites and they were accepted. I assume its because they're scammers and want to steal your money. Have access to your bank card and all. Ridiculous!! DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAMMING UNHELPFUL CASINO.

I singed up to Rizk and I am regretting it now, very easy to deposit money very hard to withdraw money, nothing about verifying your account until you want to withdraw I send all the right documents to only be told that a proper bank statement from my bank is not good enough it’s for customers protection they hold you to ransom when it comes to withdrawing money, they play every trick in book to fob you off even blamed your bank I rang the bank they never stop a payment going in to your account.
They have my passport and a utility bill and still not verified my account. I just get passed around and fob off. This as been going on for 5days now and it’s not even a lot of money I lost more than what I want to take out. Took 14 days to sort my issue out. After countless emails finally got to a supervisor who was helpful took a couple of emails back and forth but got there in the end.
