I live in Brazil (Sorocaba) and decided to take express shipping service toreceive my purchase, it is always worth the it. I really enjoy my beach dress and will reorder for sure :)

Does not treat their customer well - use express delivery IF you risk buying from them
I've had the worst shopping/customer service experience of my life from this company. I paid for express delivery so that I could get my bikinis in time for my honeymoon. 4-8 days and I often find that most companies deliver ahead of such expectations. Riviera Coco took 10 days so I had left by this point. Apparently no one was in when the parcel was delivered and unlike most companies who will leave a note and then have it given to a collection point RC keep it and then want to charge you to re-deliver.
Anyway, I didn't want or need the goods by this point so asked for a refund and I found out just how bad their customer service is. First of all, you have to state a reason on the form with no "other, please state" option so when my reason wasn't on there I had to pick the closest option. When email dialogue started with their customer service representative who is either a robot or completely incompetent (or a number of incompetent people who the company pretend is one person to give the illusion that they have one person to deal with). A significant percentage of the earlier emails seemed to have automated content that it made me feel like said representative has too much on to do a proper job or was a computer who couldn't deal with any request out of the ordinary and asked me to send back the item I never received. A couple of weeks later, I called my bank to claim the money back via my credit card and they suggested I mention that I'd done so as this tends to give companies an incentive to sort things out. Subsequently, said representative then said that the item had been delivered which I thought was odd given that I hadn't asked for a re-delivery, hadn't paid for it and also hadn't signed for anything. I asked for proof of signature. I also checked the tracking detail and realised the first delivery came via my home depot near London to the correct delivery location but the second actually went via Creteil which google informed me was in Paris (N.b. Post response edit - the company still can't see that they still can't see that their subsequent delivery was not even in the right country I.e. Different to the original delivery location of the attempted first delivery!!). I was told it was being forwarded to another team and 'rest assured you'll be notified when they have an update.'
I never got my update. Fortunately, my credit card refunded me the money but given just how bad RC have been, I felt the need to leave a review and advise people that if you want to try to get something from this abysmal company, buy on a credit card and do it on express delivery so that you have the ability to track it and get your money back.
To the company, I look forward to your response on here and see how you look to lightly blame me for this as you do to your other customers on the other reviews on here. These bad reviews are completely within your control and you need to take responsibility. If your delivery company isn't doing a good job, find a better one! Sort out your customer service! You claim you love your customer and every useless email ended with an insincere 'we love you' - which is irritating when the whole email shows otherwise. You shout about how treat your customer well is so important but your terms and conditions are horrendous and are not customer friendly and it feels like you're trying to catch them out.

I placed an order for two swimsuits …
I placed an order for two swimsuits back on August 11th and my shipment still has not been received. Now I made the mistake of typing in the wrong zip code, which I take full responsibility for. However, when I tried contacting Riviera Coco Customer Service, they referred me to contact the USPS. Unfortunately, we were affected by a Hurricane in September (Irma) and I was unable to contact USPS in time before the order was shipped back to sender. I contacted them again September 2nd, and by that time the event I purchased the swimsuit for had already passed. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. I sent another email on October 8th, 12th, 13th, 17th, and today the 23rd. It's now been almost 3 MONTHS since I placed the order and no refund or package. I am highly dissatisfied with the poor communication and service. I would never order from them again. Hopefully my money is refunded soon!!

Terrible customer service...no response. I sent back bathing suit that didn’t fit & no response. I’ve sent 5 emails. I guess I need to take it to next level with my credit card company. What a hassle. Shame on them.

Ordered two bikinis from Riviera Coco. On the Facebook ad they looked lovely but in reality they are made from the cheapest material you could find and are really poorly made. Nothing like the photos. They look like they have been made by a child. They came from China in a package with no delivery note, looking like they had been bought secondhand from eBay.
The first one I tried it on, the clasp came off in my hand. The second is so small i wouldn't get it on and so poorly sewn you couldn't wear it. I wrote to them with photos and they said I could return but would have to pay own postage to Canada and would have to pay a restocking fee which I find disgusting. I would not recommend you use this company and suspect the good reviews on here to be fake. Cannot imagine anyone being satisfied

I ordered a swimsuit and what came would only fit a small child. I am 5'8", 135 lbs, UK size 10 and ordered a size L to make sure it wouldn't be too tight. Hate tight swim lines! The straps wouldn't even fit over my shoulders it was so short in the torso. They offered me to pay for shipping to return and be charged a £8.50 restocking fee. They sent me a faulty product - they should just refund my money!

Appalling fit and customer service
I ordered a bikini and a swim suit from Riviera Coco and was shocked by the poor quality when they arrived. The colour, fabric and cut were cheap, unlike the adverts and warped. As a result they didn't fit. When I contacted customer services they asked me to send photos of me wearing the items with a tape measure on-hand to prove that they did not fit. I declined and repeated that I just wanted a return address upon which my messages were no longer opened in Messenger and any further attempts from me to send were labelled 'sending failed'.
